HOST WENT THROUGH OUR BELONGINGS WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. A last-name mix-up led us to the wrong cabin, but instead of reaching out through Airbnb (where we had already been communicating) the host entered our cabin without permission and went through our belongings to “verify” our identity. This was a major violation of privacy and made us feel completely unsafe. When I confronted Brenna, the staff member who did this, she refused to take any responsibility. Instead of acknowledging how serious it is to go through a guest’s belongings without permission, she first denied doing it, then later tried to justify it by saying, “I didn’t open your bag ALL the way.” Her dismissive attitude was shocking and made the entire situation even more unsettling. I would strongly urge future guests to think twice before booking here.

great site, but for the price it’s what you’d expect. showers are ok, pool is nice, hot tub not warm enough to enjoy at night. there’s ok laundry and dish washing area. over all pretty neutral. ($60 for a tent site, no idea the price for hook up)

Loved the deluxe cabin and proximity to Arches & Moab. General store and staff were great. We loved our stay and would stay again. A few things I want to mention. The AC unit is very loud. Bring earplugs if that would bother you. There is a lot of light coming in from outside via the window on the door. The shower head is mounted very low. I’m only 5’2”, and it was low even for me. It’s still a wonderful stay! Would definitely go back!

What can I say. I was suckered in by the false/misleading advertising for a "live music" at this location. The staff at check in were aware, as they were discussing these changes that "were made by corporate" and wondering how many others had seen it. The RV spots are small. Like 1/2 spots. There will be 2 of you sharing those spaces, and you will share the grass area as well. The overall space, was clean. The tent spots and cabins were the prime spots. Spacious, shaded.

Staff were friendly and no issues at check in. The site was suitable for our 2 night stay, we had some shade with a tree between our site and our neighbours site. Full service and a decent dog run. Pool was great for the kids, and also had a nice splash park. I wish the pool didn’t close so early. Would stay here again when visiting Moab.

We stayed here for three nights while we visited Moab and Arches. I don’t know how this place gets so many . 5 star reviews. It is horrible. we were so glad to get out of there. it is basically a gravel parking lot with power, water and sewer hookups. there are insufficient shower facilities and they are ridiculously small. this place is mostly used by dirt bikes and ATV riders. they ride through the park all day and night. the road noise from the highway is so loud. the wifi is nonexistent. we paid $10 for better wifi and still could not even read the news on our phones. spend the extra money and stay in Moab at one of the RV parks in town.

Edit: In response to the original post Sun Outdoors managment contacted us and made a sincere apology and took signnificant steps to make things right. I appreciate thier response and look forward to future visits. This is still the best location in Moab if you are there for outdoor motorsports. It has ride out access to trails, fuel availabe on-site and showers. Thank you Sun Outdoors. Original post: We have been coming here for years under prior ownership. Cabins were pet friendly. When we made this reservation we recieved written confirmation that our cabin was pet friendly. When we got to the counter we were told that it was not and drama ensued. Most of the bathrooms and the laundry were closed. Our cabin for 6 had dishes and settings for 4 and no cork screw. Not impressed.

Campground was closed, but General Store was open. Masks were encouraged, and we wore ours. Lots of items were for sale, but we came for snacks. We purchased a tuna salad sandwich and a bag of Dot’s pretzels. The gentleman who checked us out was nice and efficient. We were on our way to Canyonlands, and this was a quick and pleasant stop. If you need firewood or ice, it’s available here. Also postcards and souvenirs. Food ranged from ice cream to sandwiches. Also cold and hot beverages were for sale!

Stayed here for two nights. The staff is super friendly and very proactive. They ensured I understood the check in process after hours and that I didn't have any questions before I arrived. The cabin was clean and comfortable for me and my feline travel companion. The bathrooms are private, not shared and were clean every time I went in. The general store has practically everything you need. Gas is reasonably priced. And best of all, you're super close to Arches National Park. The campground was pretty empty during my staff, so it was perfect.
