Location is excellent. You will be close to Vegas. Full hook ups 50 amp. The amenities are also nice. It’s a gated RV park with lots of pull through spaces. The checking process was also easy and simple.

We stayed in the RV park and were greeted and checked in by Kiesha. She is a gem! We had had a not great day but her empathy, joyfulness, and kindness completely turned our day around. We will definitely stay here again. Oh, and the park is very clean and nice. We felt very safe.

Rv park near Vegas strip. Although gated and they have security drive through still felt sketchy.(we never had a problem) There is a large homeless encampment just behind one of the fences. The water stank like crazy and they lock the bathrooms at 10pm, wether you have a card for the campground or not. Will Def not stay here again. Although I will say all the ladies at check in and out were very friendly and helpful. Also, note to large rv and 5th wheels. Many people park in the street which can make it a challenge to get in certain spots. Also, no shade, which is like everywhere else in Vegas.

For the price I paid through a third party app it wasn't bad. If I were to have paid what they ask I might have been more inclined to leave. The first room I was sent to was dirty like bags left in draws trash on the floor bed not made.i requested another one it was better it was cleaner. I got the feeling this place has a lot of long time residents that stay there. Very run down but I seem they are doing renovations so very optimistic about that. The pool was great! The food was great! The pics are of the first room.

I was blown away from the moment we checked in Thrusday for the first time. Let me talk about the fabulous staff first! So far, I have met two lovely ladies both with the name Heather, and a lovely lady named Keisha. All three are very sweet. The main employee I have interacted with is the Heather with the glasses. She is top notch! I adore her, and told her so. One day turned into a three day stay, this being our third day. I love the bath house. Private bathrooms in each one. Pretty cool! I wasn't expecting bathrooms this nice. It is clean and quiet throughout the park. We plan on exploring the clubhouse before we leave. We will definitely return on a regular basis.

"RV PARK" The 5:00 closing requires going to the casino to get you the info needed. Great! Until you pull in your nice RV and find Smelly black water air, along with limited parking like sardines in a can, not to mention, Minimal space redefines small. I just can't stand the strong smell of black water fumes in the air. I lucky to have years of skilled backing of trailers to fit into tight space using skinny streets that others have cars parked not in space, But on street. Oh, don't expect a table, or enough space to place a picnic table. They require 72 hrs cancelation, so it's too late, we're parked and still considering leaving....

Great RV Park, close to EVERYTHING. Concrete sites, asphalt road and rock between sites. Dog area is for the dogs to potty (on rocks) - pro tip- beside the shuffleboard area is a green space, much better area for the pups to move around. Fenced off and gated. 24 hour security (still lock your stuff up!) Pool is year round, walk to casino. It's in a rough part of town and reeks of weed most of the time (not the rv parks fault), but it is central to everything and everyone watches out for each others stuff. ps- the Walmart closest to rv park is terrible, go elsewhere

Sites are ok, but water (showers, restrooms, etc) were shut off at 6am the morning of our stay. We had no access to anything. After talking with management, it was determined that they knew this at checking but did not tell us. The general manager, Juan, met me in the parking lot and offered us a refund. There has been no refund to date, even though I have called three times. Frustrating experience. If I had known the night before, we would have filled our tanks and showered. Basically, we paid market rate to just park our rig in their "rv" park.

This was my very first RV park experience, I just bought my RV a few weeks ago, and I felt like everything was really easy! Hookups were simple, spots were the right size, the staff was helpful but not overly-so, and extending your stay is very easy. With my AAA discount and taxes, my total was $49 and some change for a class A 30' RV. The showers were private, the pool was heated, and there was laundry available. The shower had hot water for well over an hour -- I know, water shortage!! 😩 but when you haven't showered in hot water in 2+ weeks...sometimes a "spa day" is necessary! The tub situation was....well, you be the judge from the photo. I'd say, "use only if necessary". Everyone was extremely quiet in the area, there were zero issues. I would definitely come back in the future.

Nice room 4-day stay lost $3.25 after being successful in acquiring soda from the machine the previous night, store across the street $3 & change for a 2 liter. Need to service vending machines more frequently and trash disposal on the grounds. Highly recommend.

We have been staying at this rv park on and off for about a year now without issues and now all of a sudden we aren't welcome because our rv looks to old. It looks the same as it did all the other times they cleared it at check in. Nothing was said when we booked our reservation a week in advance. No instead she tells us when we get there to check in and with no explanation at all. Wouldn't even take the time to answer any of my questions. So disappointed I thought that they were a company that was big on their customer relationships, but they lied.

Hotel rooms aren't amazing but not bad. Good value. Locals feel. Conveniently located between the Strip and Henderson. Check out great locals strip club, Minks. Also very close to iconic Sam's Town and a bunch of great authentic restaurants! Loose slots too!

We had an AMAZING spot right off Boulder Hwy. Very little road noise because of the wall separating the road & public from the park. Bathrooms/Showers were HUGE & private however you have to use a key to go through the pool area & the pool was NEVER opened on time so we had to beg the front desk to open the bathrooms. Ugh. No trash dumpster in sight, walked 3 blocks of the park & couldn’t find a single dumpster. If not for these 2 things they would’ve gotten 5 stars!!! Clean pool, nice spots, (a little tight). I did see security several times cruising the park on foot. Families riding bikes inside the park, playing football, hanging out outside, super relaxed atmosphere! Don’t let the area discourage you, it’s pretty tucked away from the bustle of cars & pedestrians! SHORT walk to the family size casino. No gift shop or store for the RV park, lost some revenue from me there. Usually just one woman working in office. We really REALLY enjoyed the atmosphere & our delightful neighbors here! Just a few irritating kinks!
