Me and my husband Gerald love this place. Not only are they a dog friendly park. It has clean bathrooms hot showers. If you are looking for a RV park to move to check this place out. Very friendly park😁

The park is quiet the tenants are all friendly, but there are no amenities. There’s a laundry room, but the machines aren’t available right now and the bathrooms are always dirty. No cleaning service apparently. The summer rent is outrageous, for my 5th wheel we were paying $900-$1100 for the lot and elec. its too much for not having any amenities

Site was clean and ready when I got here. Very friendly office staff that I spoke with on the phone and once I arrived Merri was very helpful. Fellow park tenants are neighborly and quite hrs are respected. Only been here a week and I have No Complaints. A+

First time staying here and I MUST say that Jamie and Vicky are both absolute peaches! Super quiet and clean laundry facilities. Even has a small spot for your fur babies to go potty

The owner Gene cant be trusted as far as you can spit. Do not trust him. This place has absolutely nothing to offer. Rent 550 electric 250 to 300 a month. Everything is broke . no sec urity at all. And drugs everywhere

The owner of this park is a con-man and a snake. He will sweet talk you into doing things for him and in the end, you wonder why your butt hurts. The park is currently for sale; I hope it sells soon so the residents of it can be rid of that guy, but I suspect whoever buys it will have buyer's remorse when they realize what they ended up with.

First off, camp host was really great! And super helpful the whole time we were here. We had to rush and find a spot in Feb. due to my husbands work and found this place. Super tiny spots (we have a 30ft trailer) People coming and going all night long. And then sure enough one day walking my dogs I spotted a heroin needle in the wash. I came across a lot of sketchy people here. Then, we had to move with little warning again due to work. So because we didn't stay the whole month, they CHARGED us money to leave, on top of the months rent. Total ripoff. We have stayed in 4 other parks since this, and now know what a "normal" place should look and feel like. If we're ever in the area again we won't be staying here.
