Good luck getting a reservation here! They won't take them over the phone or online. You MUST fill out a form and let them call you at THEIR convenience. What happened to customer service?!. Just be prepared to make the reservation at that moment they return your call or you will have to fill out the form again and start all over. Most ridiculous policy I have ever heard! We immediately CALLED another place and they were quite friendly and immediately helped us instead of making us feel 2 inches tall and being unaccomodating!, not to mention both times I talked with them they were incredibly rude. Won't be ever reaching out to them again. They apparently think that since they are 97% full they can be rude!

The Arizonian is an RV resort, requiring advanced reservation of up to 10 months prior to your proposed stay. RV parking is amply wide for RV's and 5th wheels. Truck and ATV parking is ample. 7 miles to groceries and gas. The location is clean and modern with exercise and meeting rooms. A pool and hot tub are in excellent condition. Manager on premises is friendly and knowledgeable. Restrooms and showers are well maintained. Pickleball courts are well marked and plentiful. Make your reservation early, as the fill up here quick. As they should.

We spent 4 months here last winter, Loved it! People are so friendly and lots of activities to do. It was like having another family,we are headed back to stay 6 months this time,looking forward to seeing all our friends

This was a very nice rv resort. However now there is a mother / daughter team running this place. The daughter is going to run this place into the ground. She was so rude to our guests when they stopped in the office to get a parking pass. Some wouldn't even come back. Although we have been there for 4 years in a row she let us know we may not be able to come back the following year even though we were trying to rent for 3 months the next year. We were forced to find a different resort. I would never go back there and we have other friends that were treated the same way and had to go somewhere else.

My band played Friday afternoon in the beautiful ballroom to a packed house. They were very gracious and kind. Cindy and Jerry, the entertainment directors were accommodating and genuinely nice folks. The whole band (The Sixties Guyz) are grateful for the experience. The whole park is in the middle of God's country, appropriately so. 🙏❤️🤟

We loved this RV park! Everyone was so friendly. We only spent one night, but do hope to return again! Place was very clean and well maintained! Highly recommend!We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! They had about 5 available sites, even though the website said otherwise. Call and be surprised by the excellent Good Sam rate!

Absolutely love this RV park. It is a 55+ community. The sites are huge! Water pressure is awesome. Very friendly park. They have regularly planned activities on a weekly and monthly basis. The resort has FHU and 50amp power. There is an OK fitness center, but it's not used very much so the small size is fine. A large room with a kitchen that they use for concerts and other large venues. A smaller room that is used for puzzles, card games, and more. There is also the following amenities : A gourd room A sewing room Atv/bike car wash A RC car race track An airstrip for RC planes Shuffleboard Pickleball courts Putting green Bocce ball 3 dog parks 1 pool 1 hot tub This is a well kept, clean, quiet rv park. Definitely will be staying here again.

If you have an ATV this is the place to be. People here are very nice and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. Dog runs are appreciated. Only complaint is the showers could be a lot better. The views of the mountains are spectacular. We enjoyed our stay.

We have been here for over a week and are very impressed with this RV Park. It has paved roads with gravel sites. Each site is level with a cement pad. The sites are quit large where you could easily park 2 full size vehicles side by side next to your RV. All sites are back in and big rig friendly. This park is noted for ATV's and UTV's enthusiast. The park is located in a rural location and has direct access to riding into the desert with your machine. They also have a wash station for the ATV’s. To our surprise, this park is very quiet and people are very respectful when riding their ATV’s into the park. The club house is only 3 years old and has a huge dining room with commercial grade kitchen, smaller community room, quilting room, billiards room, poker room, stain glass room, library, fitness center, and large clean laundry room. Some of the outdoor amenities are: Radio Control airplane and car area, desert golf, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoe, large heated swimming pool and spa. The parks provide many opportunities for campers to participate in potlucks and organized activities. Cable TV and Tengointernet is free. The Wi-Fi is slow so we used Verizon and Sprint hotspots. Verizon service is excellent with the tower across the highway. Sprint is only 1 bar LTE but still works good for streaming. This park has full hook ups with 30/50amp. About 1/3 are park models and the rest are motorhomes or 5th wheelers. We do not have any pets, but there is a pet area at one end of the park. We loved the view of Superstition Mountain and there is all the shopping you want only 12 miles away.
