Arkansas Post River - COE/Notrebes Bend

The Arkansas Post River is a tributary of the Arkansas River located in the state of Arkansas. It originates in the Ouachita Mountains near the town of Tichnor and flows southward through the Arkansas Post National Memorial before emptying into the Arkansas River near the town of Notrebes Bend. The river is a popular destination for fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. The Arkansas Post River is home to a variety of fish species, including largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and sunfish. The river is also home to a variety of wildlife, including beavers, muskrats, and turtles.
