Arkansas River - COE/Merrisach Lake
The Arkansas River Coe Merrisach Lake Tichnor is located in Arkansas County, Arkansas. It is a man-made lake created by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission in the late 1950s. The lake is approximately 1,000 acres in size and is a popular spot for fishing, boating, and other recreational activities. The lake is stocked with largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and other species of fish. There are also several boat ramps and fishing piers located around the lake. The lake is surrounded by a variety of wildlife, including deer, turkey, and other small game.
