This campground scammed me, they charged me a $200 “deposit” as a cleaning fee and to cover any damages that may occur to the property, but even with no damage occurring, they did not give me my money back! They took the $200 from my account and issued a “reversal” of the charge after inspecting the cabin and confirming there wasn’t any damage or excessive cleaning necessary. They were supposed to refund the money back into my account within 10 business days, but I never received the refund. I stayed in early September and have not been able to get my money back or make contact with anyone who could assist me. Due to this “reversal”, my bank has no record of this transaction occurring and has no way to assist me in retrieving my $200. Beware of this campground, the price may seem reasonable and affordable, but adding an additional $200 that they never give back to you is the true price. I would have stayed elsewhere based on this information if I was aware I would not have my $200 returned. The cabin is small and roughly the size of a tool shed, definitely not a family-friendly place to stay. I will never stay here again and I recommend that no one else does either.

Visited Gatlinburg recently and stayed at a cabin in Arrow creek campground. Cabin was super cute and very clean. Communication when setting up reservations were very easy and quick. Cabin had firepit out front with seating and seats on front porch. Would highly recommend the cabin rentals when visiting the area. Pricing was very affordable and check information was emailed the day prior.

I recently left this campground. After being there nearly a year it was a tough decision we had to make. We were there to see new management take over. In fact, we helped out all over the campground to help with improvements. I have see the other reviews of people accusing others of” trying to break leases” and making up lies to do so. That is just not the case with us. There was so much unhealthy drama from the other full time residents it was ridiculous. It was kept track of who I was visiting and for how long. We had car issues and that became a problem because, my friend took me to the store. I was an adult older than many of the residents and to be disrespected and harassed the ways myself, my friends and even family is not acceptable. The recent change that took place in July with management and staff is appalling. We tried addressing our issues with the manager and it was brushed under the rug. We tried to address our issues with corporate and they were left unresolved. We left for our own piece of mind after things were definitely taking a turn. There is such a heavy dark energy over the entire place. When we first arrived last year people were kind and I had thought this place was nice. Yeah they are fixing things up a bit. But, there are so many hidden issues temporary guest don’t see. For example one of our kids came to stay in a cabin and it was full of mold. There is no evacuation plan for the full timers. Last winter, we had to evacuate due to high winds and a wildfire. It was us residents that woke up people and made sure everyone was safe. Until, I started cleaning the bathhouses they were completely disgusting. They would leave brush laying around for weeks. The gravel in front of our sight continually wash out with the rain. If it wasn’t for my husband putting large rocks in the hole then it being covered it would have continued to be a hazard. Leaving gas can out overnight as well that children could get into. There has also recently been issues with rats that were not being addressed by the management. If you choose to stay just be aware of who you associate with.one other thing that I wish I knew was the road noise is absolutely terrible. That I know is no fault of the campgrounds. It is non stop traffic and loud vehicles.

We stayed at Arrow Creek Campground for a few days and overall had a great experience! The campground itself could definitely use a makeover — it’s a bit worn and could use some updates — but the location is perfect. It’s right off a main road, so finding stores or planning little adventures was super easy. Everyone we met was incredibly kind, and Jessica, the manager, went above and beyond to help with any questions or needs we had — she was awesome! What stood out the most was how family-friendly the campground felt. There were lots of families around, and it had a really welcoming vibe. That’s a big reason we’d come back again. With some cleaning up and a bit of a rebuild, this place could easily be top-tier!

It is a beautiful campground and RV park located right outside the National Park. The amenities are great and the staff is top notch! During our stay there the property mgr Jessica was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and took great care of us. Her attention to detail and genuine caring really made this park stand out compared to others we have stayed at. We will definitely be returning to the Smokies, and thanks to Jessica definitely be coming back to Arrow Creek !!

I can't even explain how much I love this place! The cabin was the right size, and everything went smoothly. I didn't even see one mosquitoe outside!

Would highly recommend the cabins! They are super cute and comfy with all the modern amenities. Just a short drive from Gatlinburg and the Smokies. The owners were very helpful and friendly when we had a very minor issue. We also had the pleasure of meeting their kitty Milo as he was doing his rounds.

Best campground. Cute cabins for rent. Owners are great and friendly and helpful. Away from all the congestion in Gatlinburg. Not far from Cosby and Newport. We visit throughout the year with our family of 6. They have a game room and laundry room and bath houses open during the summer and fall. There's a laundry mat down the road for the winter months. They have a nice pool and awesome playground for the kids. A giant sand box and basketball court. Great place to stay for families. They not only have cabins to rent but they also have a camper to rent. It's a beautiful and quiet place to stay.
