We have Stayed in one of the cabins several times on property. Very clean and well kept. Very close to a lot of sites and beaches. Would recommend cabins for nice quiet stay.

I visited the resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I toured the resort for an upcoming seasonal camping spot. I love going to the pool and this pool and splash pool looked very nice. There are activities, small and large pet park, mini golf course, golf cart track, park for kids and kids ride, tennis, propane tank so you can refill your tank, people are friendly, parking close by to camp site. The office staff are very friendly and maintenance workers also friendly and helpful.

We loved coming here. My wife's family has an RV, and let us stay a few nights to get away. It's so nice. Everyone is so friendly. The grounds are well maintained. They have a pool with a separate hot tub, a game room, a playscape, volleyball, etc etc etc. It's also great because it is far enough away from the touristy busy areas of Westerly/Misquamicut but still close to all of the beaches and stores. I can honestly say there was a thing I could point out that we were unhappy with. I definitely recommend it.

Overcrowded, not clean or well maintained. Original owners were great they would actually answer the phone and make reservations. Now it’s owned by a big group that could care less about the place. Sites are on top of each other, your neighbors fire pit will be 5-10 feet from where you sleep. It was built next to a swamp so mosquitoes are ridiculous. If you decide to go there anyway good luck getting someone on the phone or using their reservation system.

this place was pretty good... but now they are only seasonal. that's a big deduction for ratings. camp store is pretty lame.. camp sites are very small and narrow.

Location is 12 minutes to the beaches and I was able to book a site here without any advance notice in the summer. It is well maintained, nice big game room, Pavillion and pool. People answering the phones were helpful. Seems to be mostly seasonal campers. Cons- No Mature trees for shade in the summer. If you book ask for a site where your door faces down hill so you have some relief from the sun - Sites are tight. I have a 40 foot trailer and my site was maybe 42 feet on a narrow road. Made it work.

Never coming back, site is not big enough for our camper much less the camper and our truck site behind us is a seasonal and they have a shed that sticks about 5’ in to the back of our site, barely any grass and poorly maintained site, we requested an early check in an confirmed 2 days in advance with the manager and when we got here they gave the person in our site a late check out so we had to wait 2 hours. And no mention of any money back for our inconvenience. Just an overall poor experience. I gave it 2 stars because the pool is nice.

This is a nice quiet place. The outside seems to be well maintained. The pool hot tub L's great . we had a rental lodge which is very nice. But the up keep on it doesn't seem to exist. The railing was broken off . instead of replacing it they removed it altogether. The main A/C is dead so the put two undersized window units in that run all the time to try an keep it cool. Bathroom for bolt is broken won't latch hard to open door. The floor in living room has wholes goughed in it in various places this has been this way for quite a while. No remotes for TVs . asked for them they only have one. For two TVs. No spares. Maintenance doesn't seem to exist on these units. If someone gets hurt then they may do repairs. But the rest of the place seems to be up to par.
