Just outside of Ashland and right next to Emigrant Lake . ACC&RV is a great place to park your RV or pitch a tent !!! The service was A1 and everyone was friendly and neighborly.

Booked a "water" site last minute while on a road trip and didn't quite understand the "lock" fee until I got there, which meant that the site you booked wasn't guaranteed without paying the extra fee. It wasn't too much of a hassle because it meant they just moved me to another site and you had to check in at the front desk to find out which one, a slight inconvenience compared to most campgrounds. The sites were all satisfactory though and not too much of a difference. The biggest annoyance was the loud noise coming from the neighboring property (fire department) that lasted until 8pm. It was convenient for a last minute camp spot but not necessarily a place I would seek out for actual camping.

I reserved ahead of time and pulled in and immediately got a bad feeling about this place. It appeared that every single spot had a permanent resident with junk everywhere around their spaces. There were so many run down rv’s and trailers in here that didn’t look like they could move if they wanted to. I immediately jumped online and found Ashland RV park right up the road which is brand new and the complete opposite of what I found 3 miles down the road and this is closer to town and actually clean and you feel safe with your property and family here. Save your money and don’t throw it away making the same mistake I did. Not worth staying here if it was free in my opinion unless you like this type of setting to camp in

I hope someone booking to camp here will read the reviews and not just look at the pictures, like I did. This place is no longer what the pictures depict, it is very run down and full of weeds. It is more a long term residence for RV’s and not a campsite. The store was clean and the staff were helpful, but we decided to leave rather than stay.

OK so I skimmed the other reviews when I booked and it seemed like this should be an ok choice. Well it wasn't. We were really disappointed since we had planned on staying two nights on our drive from San Francisco to Woodland Washington. We pulled up and thought we were at the wrong place - a trailer park? Is that a bus that somebody lives in? Yes and yes. We got our check in packet and decided to drive around the grounds to see if there was a better maintained RV area. Nope. So we cut our losses and headed up I5. Buyer beware.
