Firefighters Memorial Campground is one of my favorite places to camp at the Green River. It's actually the first place I ever camped at the Green River. Now there are a ton of first come, first serve spots you can also reserve. Everything is very clean, very nice, and kept. There's a pretty cool overlook of the valley, the bridge, and just the whole area. Super cool! But highly recommend it gives you access to one of the coolest places in the world being the Green River and Dutch John. Definitely recommend.

We love this campground! We have stayed many times. The bathrooms are always super clean and the scenery is beautiful. We also love that it's close to the lodge in case we need anything. On our most recent trip, the camp manager was amazing when we had to leave to go to the ER. He watched our camp and didn't rush us out the next morning when we got back.

The bathrooms are not open, they have porta potty. They took a while to get them empty, it was gross and the area where they were located smell bad. Other than that is a great campsite

This was a great camp ground only issues we had was the bathrooms seemed to be down alot there is multiple bathrooms locations so if one is down you will just have to walk a little further to get to another one

Great location. Camp manager made regular visits, welcomed us. Flush toilets and water available. Well spaced out camp sites. Only concern is how short the back in sites were. Of the website days 30 feet, it won't be 31 feet or more!

No water at most locations. No electric. Very dark and quiet.

Camp counselor was nice, but DEFINITELY not enforcing the rules. Many sites with 5+ vehicles, multiple campers on one site, 10+ individuals on a single site. Generators running all night, noisy people after 10.l, barking dogs, screaming children and parents. Anything but peaceful or tranquil. It really became a nightmare with a lot of people coming and going every day. Actual attendance is not enforced, so many people will reserve a camp site for far more days than they need, just to hold it and then no show until whenever they want. The rules state that if an actual person is not staying at the camp after 10pm on the first night, the reservation is forfeited. Unfair to let campsite hogs, hog campsites. Many camp sites flooded during the rain. This used to be a nice camp ground, but unless you don't mind generator noise and loud country music, or you have a sound proof camper, you might want to find another place to camp. NOT tent friendly anymore. Kind of a bummer. On the good side, the savages that normally befoul the restrooms are now destroying their own bathrooms in their RVs, rather than the public toilets. So there's a plus. Camp counselor kept restrooms clean and smelling reasonable. Toilets do flush (although they waste a TON of water with leaky faucets and toilets). Camp sites were also fairly clean, not a lot of loose garbage around.

Awesome camp ground, great places for setting up tents and decent trees. I did give this camp a four star because we were told that the water would be on. But, the water was pulled back to only one faucet.

This is a great campground. Lots of trees, neighbors aren’t to close and there is a good mix of reservable and first come first serve sites. Some great views of the reservoir if you get the right site.

Nice campground with lost of space and nice shade. This area is far less busy than other places in Utah but well worth a visit.
