We made a spur of the moment decision to stay overnight on the east side of Glacier. We are so glad that we did. My parents stayed here a few weeks ago and had nothing but good things to say about Aspenwood and recommended it to us. The RV sites are pretty flat, have hookups, picnic tables and a small fire ring. There is also a dumping station if you need it, There are showers available to use and they are so clean, large and private. Each one is in its own 3/4 bath. Breakfast at the main house was so delicious. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and inviting. The owners and their family are so friendly and made us feel like welcome guests. Our kids jumped right in a played games with their kids. The views of the mountains to the west were unbeatable. Such a peaceful and quiet place to spend the night. It was such an enjoyable experience. Anyone looking for a place to stay on the east side of Glacier, this is your place!! We will be back!

We loved this campground! We tent camped for 4 nights and were completely spoiled by the hot showers, home cooked breakfast, and peaceful atmosphere. Nice view of the mountains and a pond where birds, beavers, and moose can be spotted. Verizon cell service worked well. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

We camped out for 4 days and the property owners/team were tremendous. Bathrooms and showers were always clean and the breakfast was great! Loved those potatoes. I’d recommend this spot for camping any day. Get up early for an amazing sunrise view and don’t forget to bring an Apple for the horses across the fence. We even got some lovely dog visitors from nearby homes that visited us for a little while.

The bathrooms are excellent and clean and the shower is wonderful and hot and there's a lot of water pressure. Highly recommend St. Mary's or East glacier. Easy going laid-back owners are great and on the border of horse ranch and quiet area. This is the opposite of West glacier which is busy and crowded and noisy as all can be with the train, here. Everything is normal and quiet like it should be in Montana.

This is our 16th day of travel, 11 days so far in Montana. Of our travels thus far, this is the magnificent stop. Our "room" was our own Teardrop Camper, and our lodge here the great outdoors. Each site is superb, there is a dedicated camping area, lodging and a full breakfast is available, and the hosts are informed and terrific. We have been to Yellowstone, and gorgeous spots in Ennis and elsewhere The natural beauty of Aspen Wood Resort, and it's close proximity to Glacier National Park have left us promising to come back.

Lovely place where we spent 4 nights in late August. It got cold and rainy, windy, sunny and smokey - but the views always amazed. Great owners, super friendly and fun, great breakfasts and homely (in a good way) bathrooms. Close to east Glacier which is 10 times less busy than West Glacier. Felt like proper camping and not an awful RV resort. Amongst nature - how we like it.

Upon arriving to this resort we were a little worried because there were only 3 rv’s parked. We were so pleasantly surprised by how cute and cozy the bed and breakfast was. It’s a log cabin with arts and craft furniture with native accents. We fell in love with this place after using the shower house. It’s actual bathrooms. Two traveling ladies we were very appreciative of the moment of privacy. In the morning we were greeted by one of the owners outside our camper. We were out for 17 days and that was a first. We absolutely recommend this place.

This place was absolutely perfect. The location is within 15-30 minutes to 3 great entrances on the East Side of Glacier. The hosts make you feel so comfortable and right at home. The B&B is split up in a way that even traveling with 3 young kids I barely noticed anyone else was there or felt like my kids were being a bother. The breakfast is amazing and the lunches that were packed for us each day to have as we traveled were one of my favorite parts of staying. It was just one more thing off my to do plate and the kids never once argued about what we were eating. The hosts at Aspenwood are also wonderful people and SO helpful. I would stay here again and again and highly recommend this place to others!!!

My husband Jeff and I had a great time staying here. Teri was such a wonderful host and we enjoyed sitting and chatting with her. Breakfast was very good; the pancakes are HUGE! It's a very peaceful place and you can't beat the views. Close to the east side of Glacier which is not nearly as busy as the west side. Bathrooms were clean. If we're back in the area, we will definitely be back.

We stared there for a week. A really nice and quiet place. Owner are really friendly. They gave us free fire wood. It’s the best place if your going to glacier. It is a good price too. The shower house is super nice. The view is really beautiful.
