It is refreshing to stay at a place that is so warm and welcoming. The staff here is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with recommendations and a warm smile. Most of the RV spots are shaded, the wifi works well, they offer 60 cable channels and most importantly, the shower rooms are immaculate. We will be making many trips back here.

Wow! I just had the most peaceful weekend at Atlantic Oaks last weekend. The location is ideal for everything on the Cape, the staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the facilities are perfect! We pulled in late on Thursday night after dark, and set up on a level site with electric water and a dump connection. Took me no more than 30 minutes to set up before I was sitting inside the camper with a hot pot of tea. it’s right next to the rail, trail and all sorts of beautiful places to hike so my dog loved it too. I would recommend this to anybody!

I wish I could camp here the entire summer. I have been camping here with my mom for several years and we love it more and more every visit. We hop onto the rail trail with our bikes and we are at Nauset Light Beach in no time. And at the end of a long beach day, there is nothing like a glorious outdoor shower. The campground feels very safe and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful (special shout out to Linda!). We stayed in our tent for two weeks and we did not want to leave. We lucked out with only two days of rain, but luckily we had the beautiful lounge area to stay dry during the evening and to play a few board games. The camp store is also very convenient for firewood, ice, and coffee cream. We cannot wait to be back for summer 2024!!

Nice campgrounds clean, well-managed & maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, camping sites range from tents to large motorhomes. Easy access to the Cape Cod rail trail without needing to drive to a parking lot or cross any roads. The store is equipped with general RV accessory if needed. Access in and out of the campground onto Rt 6 can be challenging but that the case for all the businesses along Rt-6.

We came into Cape Cod on a weekend during peak season without a reservation. The staff went far out of their way to accommodate us and help us find a site. They booked us at Shady Knoll for the first night then found us spots here at Atlantic Oaks. By the time we arrived they shuffled things around and found us a spot we won’t have to move and reset up. Very thoughtful. The campground is really cute and well kept. Nice facilities, nice well stocked camp store. Bonus points for pull through sites!! We are new to RVing and have stayed at about 10 campgrounds. The sites are larger here than Shady Knoll. To me it seems crowded but there are a lot of trees and greenery to give the illusion of privacy. Our site was very level and easy to set up on. I would definitely recommend this site if you are in Cape Cod. Price was reasonable for a full hookup in a popular beach area. $85/night. We extended our stay by 2 more days. Lots to do here.

Very nice people and clean property. Some things kinda old but well taken care of and super convenient to be on cape Cod bike trail and close to beaches and Seashore visitor center. Would stay again. Some live here but most were shut down when we visited in October. Nice and quite and beautiful end of fall.

We’ve stayed here in the tent sites three years in a row over the 4th of July. Love it! The staff is super friendly and the nightly rates are fantastic. The campground is in a great location on the Cape....easy access to the bike trail... a quick ride to Coast Guard beach and Nauset Beach. Love the outdoor shower - a must at the Cape!! Hope to be back next summer!
