Room was clean but looks terrible. The pool was not heated as advertised. The breakfast was green bananas. Quite sad, a once beautiful hotel just left to rot by neglect.

I have no words for this hotel it was the worst experience ever the hotel it self is completely run down , the rooms are very old the mattress & sheets on the bed were dirty & full of blood stains. Mosquitos comes in from the ac at night which was a real nightmare not to mention spiders everywhere . as for the pool the water was not clear frogs in the pool we were only allowed to swim around 3-4pm because they clean the pool around 11am. I would never go back here it was a very awkward hotel the staff wasn’t friendly at all & not helpful the maintenance of this place is out rages. We never got our room cleaned once and the towels for the shower that were given to us were so small with brown stains on them so if you decide to go to this hotel I suggest you bring your own towels & bug spray if you don’t wanna get bit in your sleep

Hell Spiders everywhere, creepy, disgusting. Ripped sheets, prison mattress, one pillow each. I'm not picky but this is the worst hotel I ever been to, so many spiders I cried all night that I want to go home.

Very large, clean, and comfortable room. Powerful air conditioning. A good alternative to Chateau Montebello, and only a 20 minute walk between them. The only issue was the window blinds don't block the light very well, and the bright outside lights stayed on all night so our room was also light. Just make sure to bring a sleep mask.

Beautiful place to stay while passing through. Has a very warm and cosy feel. Owners provided excellent service and extra hospitality. Will definitely stay here again.
