This place is great. A former water park turned into an RV campground. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It's very quiet and well maintained. We could spend all day in the pool and floating around the lazy river. There's also plenty of games and activities in the park.

2 members of our Louisiana RV group stayed at Auburn RV Park during our East Coast RV tour. When making the reservation by phone, we were told the park did not honor any discount programs, including Good Sam, which we use at the majority of parks. Since this was a planned stop, we booked anyway. After leaving, we checked the park’s website and discovered that they do in fact honor the Good Sam discount. Unfortunately, this information was not provided to us correctly over the phone, and the discount was not applied to our stay. We suggest that staff answering phone calls be made aware of the park’s discount policies so that future campers receive accurate information. We will also share this review with Good Sam’s.

Overall, was pretty disappointed in our first time staying here. I understand we came the week after labor day but we did call ahead to make sure all the pool amenities which looked so inviting online were still open. We were told it was open thru October however it looked like a ghost town when we arrived. There was debris all in the lazy river, down the sidewalks leading to the pool area, and lost and found items were just laying all over the snack bar area which was also closed. Paying a normal rate and advertising all the amenities, I would expect it to maintained at the high standard as the peak season or rate adjustment given accordingly. We never saw or heard from any staff while there which was kind of odd. We only stayed 2 nights on our way to the coast as a break but will not be returning. Definitely over priced for the lack of upkeep. Perhaps a great summer (June-August) location but unfortunately was a let down for us.

Wow what a great park for families!!! Great time especially with kids!! So many activities to do and I didn’t hear the “bored” word ever!! I love the pool and lazy river was fantastic! All the events each day was great too especially they are no extra cost!! They have tons of games to do on down time too like basketball game, pool table, ping pong, and more!!! We stayed at site 214 right by the creek and a beautiful view of it plus easy access to the pool! This was definitely a great fun park to do in the summer! One other great part is the state park across the street and of course running to Buc-ees for some brisket sandwiches and dessert!! Definitely go you won’t be disappointed!

I HIGHLY recommend visiting! We had the best time! It is so clean and well kept. The bathrooms and showers have been remodeled! The staff and owner are so accommodating and friendly! We loved the lazy river and the pool! They had several activities while we were there. We played Bingo, attended a disco, karaoke, corn hole and so much more! We took our older kids (15 and 18) they loved it! I can’t wait to take my younger kids! We will definitely go back! If I could give it 10 stars I would! Fun for all ages!!!
