I have been living here a little over a year now with my wife and my son. This is an amazing community. All of the neighbors and staff are so friendly. They are quick to respond to needs. There is a really nice pool to enjoy during the summers and lots of kids for my son to play with.

Kudos going out to Lynnette shes amazing. Being the general manager of a long-term RV park requires patience, structure, and strong problem-solving skills — and Lynette consistently delivers. She is incredibly hands-on and steps in to handle challenges directly. Her dedication to keeping Aurora Acres running smoothly does not go unnoticed. Such an amazing place to live. The staff is absolutely amazing, Lynette, China and Jeff are the best!! Such a great community flow. Beautiful landscape and a cool clubhouse to hangout. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

I absolutely love living here. The residents are so nice and you can tell the office staff enjoy their job. The first time i spoke to China she acted like we were best friends who knew each other for years. It was a great welcoming experience. The park is clean and well kept and the trees make it feel more homey! Thanks for allowing me the privilege of being a part of the community:)

RV Life

Lots of pros and cons about this place. This is my 100% honest review. The management (Lynette and the other lady) are very nice, respect them a lot. The cleaning lady is not very nice at times. She thinks that cleaning the bathroom gives her the right to the community room as it’s hers and she will tell you to leave if you disrupt her football games on Sundays. She talks behind peoples back constantly. A lot of the older community do not respect those with kids, working life styles, pets, etc. they expect you to be quiet and tend to their needs. They are starting to fix things and it’s looking very nice with the decorations and get togethers they do. (Little parties) If you’re planning to stay for a long period of time, beware, you will be targeted if you don’t follow the bs. Just now I was invited to go get some leftover cake from a party that happened yesterday and when I got there, this guy (not going to say his name) said “why don’t you leave some for the rest of us?” Literally cut a tiny piece to share with my partner, so I left it because that comment was rude and uncalled for. Bunch of rude people in here who think their pot to piss in is any better then the others. Lol. Like we live in rv/travel trailers so honestly… the comments are beyond unnecessary. Keep the damn cake. 😂

I love Aurora Acres so much that I have been here 11 years! It's truly a community environment. Having the pool is a bonus to an already lovely little place. And the clubhouse has been fantastic for parties.

The community here is great and always looking out for each other. A lot of times they are doing things in the clubhouse and invite others to join. The managers Lynnette and China are amazing with all that they do and they plan different functions during the Holidays.

Everyone that works for the park is totally awesome!! They are definitely a 5 star crew for sure!! Since they have started there have been fun activities. I can't say enough good things about Lynette, China, Jeff, Kelly & Cheryl. They are all really nice & helpful.

We have loved staying here (a year and a few months now). The new manger and team are FABULOUS! Hands down the best we’ve had. It’s starting to really look nice around here, I can’t wait to see how our little community grows and thrives. Also, the parties are so much fun!! Kid friendly, pet friendly. A great place to live. Oh also, the improvements around here such as the new washers, lawn care, tree trimmings and more are great too! No more broken washers. 🥳

I've lived at Aurora Acres since April of 2019. I love that it's long term! You can truly make it home! Management has come a long way...Izzy is patient, understanding, always willing to listen and help if needed! She is not lazy😁 The sound wall is fantastic also. We have a pool, nice laundry facility, nice restrooms with showers if needed. It has a dog park and the view is beautiful and comforting. It's quiet and most of the tenants are friendly and kind. And it's affordable 😁😁😁

We have been here for a year. The staff is kind and supportive. The three things that truly need attention are the bathrooms (need updated especially the showers) on the North Side, tree trimming is truly needed! I say this as we experienced a limb going into the side of our trailer even though I had talked to staff on four different occasions! Lastly larger dumpsters that we were promised in October 2024 at a community meeting! These things aside, we enjoy being here and meeting wonderful people!

I drove to that location. It looked nice. Some of the residents were outside cleaning their RVs. I went to the "clubhouse" it was clean, open, but no one was there.

Been here for a few years. Place has had it's ups and downs. The rent keeps going up, but amenities/care keep going down. 2 washers and 2 dryers have been broken the entire time. New lighting is great, but the pool has never been open on time, or for a full season. Water situation is now better, instead of no water and boil notices every other week. Newest update is ALL spots must take care of the lawns, regardless of the season. Mowing, raking. There are some very nice residents, and some not so great.
