Great location! Close enough to get anything you need. Staff are really friendly and the grounds are spotless. The heated pool was just what we needed after a long day of driving. Plenty of room for our 40 ft travel trailer & truck.

The facilities are nice, with very clean and well-managed sites. The only issue is the laundromat, which requires an additional quarter for every load if paying on-site or uses an app for online payments. Unfortunately, there's no option for cash payments. We opted for the online method, but the app only allows fixed-amount top-ups like $5, $10, $15, etc., with no way to refund any unused balance. There's definitely room for improvement.

Great rv park. Facilities are clean and modern. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great - a little ways out of the city but still very accesible by short 15-20 min drive to everything Austin has to offer. Campground is nice and quiet at night. Sites are roomy and perfect for traveling with dogs.

We had an excellent stay at Austin East KOA. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The property is spotless and well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. A real highlight was getting to see the two resident longhorns, which made the visit even more memorable. We also appreciate that they don’t discriminate against dog breeds, which earns major bonus points. Highly recommend this KOA for anyone looking for a great place to stay near Austin!

We loved our time here, 3 months to be exact, from January - April. The staff is amazing and we would stay here again and again! The location is nice, far enough away from the city to stay out of the riffraff, but close enough that getting there isn't much trouble either. We fell in love with the HEB on 51st street for groceries, and the Costco in Pflugerville is very easy to get to, there was never any traffic. They have propane on site, so refills are not an issue during the cold months. The pool is heated and has a nice shallow area for our kiddo to play in.

We will stay here again, awesome staff keep this place running like a glove! Beautiful area, nice big lots, heated pool small but awesome though. Longhorns in the back field of resort.April is windy but comfortable not sure always breezy or just in April. Only con is store needs to carry more groceries and alcohol(hard seltzer, wine coolers and maybe beer).Love love this place

Very nice RV park. Great staff, real trees that provide shade at the sites. Very well maintained. Close to downtown Austin, but far enough out you can see a lot of stars at night. We will definitely be back.

Last minute check in over a weekend until we could get into state park. Friendly employees, park is extremely clean, and quiet! Very dog friendly. Unisex shower the nicest i have ever used and the laundry room was great and inexpensive. Awesome location and a great value. Highly recommend.
