We just spent 3 months at Autumn Acres and had a wonderful time. Pat and Jay put their heart and soul and enthusiasm into daily interactions and activities. So enjoy the other residents as well. A great place!!

The grounds are very well kept. The new managers, Jay and Pat, are doing an amazing job. They are keeping us busy with lots of fun activities.

Basically a nice, typical, better than average mobile home park. Reason for 5 stars: all of the mobile homes are well-kept and very clean Located on one of the busiest highways ( Boca Chica).it has a long brick wall in front. The mangers (Gringos) are extremely congenital are seems like a good park to live-in.

it is disgusting how the management Karen is treating people. never in my life have i seen someone to be so rude and disrespectful. people have been coming there for years and with Karen being a manger most people are now gone. Now she leaves her own reviews to say the park is nice. If you cross her or challenge her on inconsistency with rules she tells you to leave and you have to take your mobile home with you. She makes people cry that's how bad. When you complain to owners they don't do anything about it.

The manager is a mean lady! Her and her husband get mad because of every little thing. "Too many plants" and "dog barking all day". Everyone has plants and dogs! No need to discriminate my Mexican grandparents. We thought it was going to be a great place because of the reviews, but it's the opposite. This RV park should be a place where the elderly can enjoy they're last years and have fun. Instead, they have to worry about a no fun woman named Karen. Screw y'all. (Edit: she threatened my grandparents by "not helping them sell their place until I tell her sorry) I will NOT SAY SORRY because I have freedom of speech and my grandparents have rights! There's no need for all of this.

We wintered in this park for 20 years. Kept a deposit there for the same spot every year. When we let management know we were coming back in January, we were told our spot had been given to a permanent person. The manager was very rude and disrespectful to me. We chose to go to a different park and then drove through this park. Our spot was empty! I would suggest that you choose a different park if you are coming to Brownsville. It was a great park, but not now.

At one time, this park was very nice and we felt comfortable sending our parents to stay there for the winter. However, when the new managers took over, they were very difficult to work with. They gave away the spot my parents have been in for 20 years, had them down for the wrong date that they were coming (they come the same time every year) and claimed it was my parent's fault and when the park manager was asked for the $100 deposit on file to be returned, they refused (basically stole the deposit). Very unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and find another park.
