Wonderful seasonal camp ground. Great sandy beaches, dog friendly. Nice owners, some of the cleanest outhouses I've ever seen. It's one of my favorite places in the world

Private / permanent camping. It's awesome. Levi and wendy, the hosts are great. Sand is spectacular I think there are some nightly and monthly spots available. After 6 years I still love it. Boat launch is dependent upon water level.

Koocanusa used to welcome visitors but not any more. Made the mistake of thinking we could camp here. Tried calling to register and pay as a guest but our business was immediately and rudely refused. This is more a string of private lots along one of the best stretches of Koocanusa beach. Very unwelcoming customer service. Felt like unwanted aliens, just trying to enjoy a day swim. Don't go here unless you own a lot. Never coming back.

Beautiful campground. Kind neighbours throughout who keep the area clean and looked after. Seasonal fee is quite high considering there is no power or water hook ups. Sewage pulls available through the camp host for a price.
