It was a fun place, but everythinv costed money. If guests wants to see you, costs money. If you wanna do Activities, money. If you wanna take a shower, costs money. And I get that they need to stay in business but like, we paid 650$ to sleep in a tent for 6 days. Free showers is the least you can do. The staff was friendly (except one employee).

This campground is really nice but if I’m being honest there was some things that just threw me off for example they gave me and my family a small lot that’s mostly pavement for our tent and along with that our fire place was missing a brick witch could have been dangerous that’s the biggest things that threw me off but also they made me and my sister wear our hair up when most long hair people did not have to and not to mention this place stinks real bad

Absolutely terrible experience, staff are not bilingual and extremely rude to English customers. The pool is always closed aswell as the sprinkler pad, they kicked me out of a wave pool for having on cargo swim shorts. They kept saying they were jeans and because Noone speaks English there to explain properly. I had to leave the one pool they had availble while all my family and friends swam and had a good time.

Great place for our family. We rolled in late after arriving from Quebec City. The front desk was still open, and they were able to accommodate us, despite the late hour. The kids had tons of fun running around in the pool, and they even made some new friends. After a very difficult day, Aztec Camping really made our trip a bit more special. Also, we loved the location near the Granby Zoo!

Went there two nights for rustic camping. Camping spots aren’t big, tent, camping table and car don’t leave a lot of free spots to play or stay. Staff from the welcome booth are really not friendly and we had to go there many times over the weekend. You can rent stuff like bikes, golf cart or kayak but everything is pricey. Wave pool is an extra charge and water playgrounds was off. Will not come back.

Came September 3rd at 9:30 p.m. and there was no one to let us in the park. We were locked out so had no where to stay and had to find a hotel. We did not get refunded for the night that we were locked out. I had called earlier in the day to make sure we could get in and they told me to call the number on their office door to get let in and once we got there we saw that there was no number on the door to call. I tried calling a number online again and again and there was no answer. We booked a tent site and we were put into a field that was a free for all. Extremely noisy neighbours and obviously no one to tell them to quiet down. Staff at this park was basically non existent. No bathrooms anywhere near the tent sites and had to drive to them in the middle of the park. Lack of COVID precautions. No one wearing masks. Everyone in large groups. 10/10 would not recommend. Wish I could give 0 stars.
