We spent a wonderful evening at Bain's RV Park in our motorhome on the way to Canada. The location is very close to the border so it's a perfect spot to relax before crossing. Our site (15) was level, everything worked perfectly, and the view of the lake was wonderful through the windshield. The best part was the absolute quiet at night. Highly recommend the park if you are passing through this area.

Renegade 38ft w/Jeep in tow. Follow the signs to the RV Parkdo not go up to the road to the big gray bldg, U.S. Border Protection. Space was FHU, no issues. Beautiful view of the lake behind the RV. Quiet & safe.It's about a mile to the border. 10 questions in 5 minutes and we entered no issues. No guns, tobacco or alcohol. EzeePeezee We camped at Bains' RV Park in a Motorhome.

Owner agreed to prorated my last month since he prorated my first. Always gave me a total for power never how much was used. Still never got a refund. For traveling nursing professionals i would not use this place again.

No bells and no whistles. Great little RV park 1 mile south of Canada with level sites for our 45 footer and toad with grass and good southern satelite exposure. Had coffee this morning overlooking Osoyoos Lake. Nothing fancy about this park but it was very easy to get into and out of with no hassles. Great fresh gravel roads and our site was 90 feet long and level. In truth, I could spend a week here and just put my feet up for some RnR, after our Canadian adventure.

Great little RV park run by a nice, hardworking couple. Nice place to just stop overnight or stay for a couple of days as we did. Sights were clean and level. Easy access off highway but very little road noise. We would stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay! Only half mile walk to the lake. The property was really nice. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended especially if you have e-bikes to go into Canada or the town of oroville. Thank you Chris and Debbie Malone

Absolutely love this place. We have been full time RV’ers for the past 3 years; so we’ve been to our fair share of RV parks and Bain’s RV is by far my favorite of any we’ve been to. The view is gorgeous and each spot has enough soft grass between spots that I have enough room to play soccer with my 5 year old. The owners are so genuine and kind and best off all the rates are fantastic, especially for monthly reservations.

We had a great stay at Bains RV. The host is very gracious and friendly. The grounds were very clean and the view was great. The campsites are away from the road so it was very quiet. The bathrooms and shower were very clean. I recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful property with panoramic views of amazing sunsets and incredible lake viewing. Wildlife like beautiful Pheasants and other migrant birds, deer and eagles right in the background mountain sides. Nestled in the mountain the weather has been incredible year around! The sight is well maintained with plush grass and shade trees. Laundry room, reck room, and bathrooms. Wonderful neighbors and very friendly easy to work with owners. The price can not be beat for this hidden piece of Oroville’s beauty. We feel safe and welcomed here all year around and would recommend this park highly
