We are a big family that travels with a lot of kids. We are a camping family and decided to head south for the summer. It was the best decision we ever made, the kids love it. The staff is so friendly and nice to them, the pool is so relaxing regardless who’s there with a on duty lifeguard!! My kids absolutely love that they help them learn things while swimming . The campers are so nice and friendly. Two parks, huge campground, bring your walking exploring shoes there’s plenty to explore. We loved it so much we decided to park there and keep a seasonal. Thanks so much Bakers acres!

We brought our RV. We loved that it wasn't commercialized. Woody atmosphere and quiet. Pets welcome is a plus. Had a very relaxing time. I recommend this place if you're looking for a place for adults. Don't get me wrong there were children but we never heard them. We also didn't enter the pool area. I would like to return someday.

We had an amazing trip first time camper we had some issues with our camper and the staff was so helpful big shout out to John Baker who took the time to help us and saved our trip. This is a family run business and it shows. The staff was great and the grounds where clean and safe I would really recommend staying with them if your looking for a camping spot thank you again the John and the staff we will be back soon

We made a last-minute decision to go camping and booked it through Nikki. She was very helpful and was able to get us into a very spacious spot. While swimming in the pool I lost a gold earring and another man there was helping me locate it, I gave up upset and went back to cabin it was already 7:30pm. The next day I went to front office and pool area asking if it was found. Then a maintenance guy asked me if I needed help, I explained how sentimental the earring was and was told by the man who helped it was found but no one could locate it. Hours later the maintenance guy came back with my earring. The caring and thoughtfulness from all the staff was great. Thank you all for your help. I recommend Bakers Acres and enjoyed my stay. Looking forward to my next trip here.

Another enjoyable stay at Baker’s Acres. Family owned and managed, they make you feel welcomed. Other guests are friendly and respectful. We stayed for a long weekend that included the Musicfest. The bands were great, representing different genres of music. Friendly gathering on the big sand pit in front of the stage. Best of all—they didn’t play too loud! Pool was refreshing with a nice mix of young and adults

I absolutely love that this campground has spots that aren’t on top of each other like other campgrounds in the area. It’s wooded so gives some privacy for each site but also keeps you cooler during the summer months since the sun isn’t beating down. Most of the spaces are a pretty decent size which allows for easy maneuvering of RV’s. I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed for one of the days we were there but loved that you can buy cheap beach passes. We would definitely stay again!

Had a very pleasant 4 day weekend at bakers acres in site 45. We have a 35’ travel trailer and had plenty of room in this site. The drivers side of this site has no immediate neighbor giving you some privacy and quiet. The pool was amazing during the very humid stay. They also had fun activities that included a food truck and steel drum player during our stay. I’d definitely return!

This is my first night but it’s very nice. If you have full hookup definitely read the instructions listed on the website on how to enter, we did and it made getting to our site a 10/10 super easy, I will admit I was a little lost on where to park and where the office was but I found it at some point don’t forget your license plate number like me (rookie mistake sorry lol). The pool and playground is beautiful. My site is huge and has plenty of shade which we love!!! I grew up a seasonal at sea pirate but finally have my own camper and decided to try bakers acres out and definitely will be back! Hope to have many years of memories here!

Been camping at Bakers Acres since 1999. This was the first time in a Cabin, it's like a tiny house with no plumbing but has AC, which now at age 60 and Autoimmune, I need. The full size bed was comfortable, the full size futon was comfortable for sleeping, not sitting. The loft had 2 twin mattresses and comfortable. I would definitely stay in the Tan Cabin again. Only downfall was the dirty carpet in the main living area, I would have preferred vinyl flooring. The staff are very friendly as are the other guests. Meet some wonderful people there. The Pool is AMAZING!!! LOVE the private bathroom with a shower. 20 years ago, wooden bathroom stalls and shower stalls. My family loves the new set up!!!! Our family take our yearly photo infront of the sign. Thank you to the whole Bakers family!!!!

This was my first stay in any type of campground. It was pretty awesome. Firstly, the staff was wonderful to work with. I was well informed about everything regarding the camp. There is a bulletin board with weekend events right at the camp store. There was a neat party the weekend we visited so there was enough to stay busy. The cabin was very quaint and I was surprised how many people can fit into such a tiny building. The bathrooms were clean, although in the dark a little hard to find (just take a flash light), but really I wouldn't trade the atmosphere just for toilets. The forest surrounding everything was a dream for the weekend. I couldn't have asked for a better time.

Our family had a wonderful time at Baker’s Acres for the second year in a row! We loved that the pool was open early until late and that checkout time isn’t until 1pm! It’s only 15 minutes to the beach, so it’s a cheap way to do an overnight beach trip combined with camping!
