Great campground nestled by the river virtually downtown in Bakersfield. We were fortunate to actually have flowing water in the river while we were there, and enjoyed the sights and sounds associated with it. The roads are paved with packed gravel sites, all of which are nicely level. The CG is really well-maintained, from grounds to amenities. Easy hookups, good wifi. Friendly staff. If you go into downtown, don't miss going to the renovated 1950's Woolworths luncheonette for a burger, fries, and shake.

Beautifully clean Camp ground. Easy parking our RV. Grass, trees. Pool excellent. Only staying 2 nights traveling through. Great place friendly staff.

Bakersfield River Run RV park is a wonderful place nestled in a corner near the Kern River. It is in a nice secluded area of town, away from the hustle and bustle of Bakersfield. We go there often to use their dump site and the station is always clean and well-maintained. They also have a nice online-portal to pay to use their dump facilities during off-hours.

Great location and friendly service. Fair price. Very clean rv park. Nice lounge and pool area with hot tub. Sites are spacious (gravel). There is a large cement square next to each site for people to set out chairs. Be aware of the curb entering the park and at the sites...go slow and everything should be fine. Showers are clean and pressure is great. We did not use the lounge, pool area, or laundry, but it all looks beautiful. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay here another time if passing through again.
