I have lived here for years. Never had a problem until Bo Vita took over the place. They never finished registering all the mailboxes. So now your mail has to come to the office. They have to sort it and put it in your mail box. The Post Office does not if you have packages sent here. Chances are real good. They're going to get lost.

We have had our Rv here for years and since Boavida took over the park and storage area the place has gone down. The storage is no longer secure. There are several huge holes cut in the fence big enough to pull an RV through, and have been there for weeks. They fired the maintenance man and the weeds are crazy and a fire hazard.

No lights light up the dark place, except for the front office. The pool has no water in it and the bathrooms close at 7pm. It's a horrible unfriendly environment.

Use to be a good place to keep rvs when they had two dogs in there but they died then some one came in early and took parts off from inside the rvs, completely stripped them!

Good amount of space and very clean
