Came in and spoke with management and was very happy with the service. Quick and great customer service. Would recommend anyone that is looking for an rv park to come here. Did not have the 10 year rv rule like other rv parks. Well maintained and great looking park. A lot around the rv park so we'll not run out of anything to do

I love this place, I've been staying here since March. Dawna is the best, so nice and readily available to help, the place bathrooms, laundry, and showers are clean, with plenty of hot water. I'm slowing meeting other campers/residence, and everyone has been so nice. Pet friendly, with a small dog park area, plenty of open space to walk your pets. There's a swimming pool, to beat the heat in summer. They also open up the club house, for those who want during the summer heat, so you can cool off. Overall I love it here, and plan to stay.

These positive reviews are a joke. Especially the ones praising Dawna. That woman is anything but kind and helpful. Just ask anyone that made the mistake of storing property in their storage facility or has had their vehicles or property stolen or damaged. As for the park itself. Constant freeway and train noise. No bathrooms, showers, laundry or pool from 7pm to 7am. Rules put in place apply to some and not others. Broken sprinklers and poorly set timers create raging rivers running through every campsite. Speak your mind and you are labeled aggressive, hostile, violent and a danger to management. It is no wonder the company that owns the park is named in multiple lawsuits. These people are ruthless. I expect this review will be removed like ones previously posted. At that point I will post again. People must be warned. And I understand perfectly. Your so called "change" is in retaliation for the language I used after I was provoked by your rude and inadequate "manager". This was caught by my security cameras and was witnessed by neighbors. Why is it taking so long to receive anything in writing from you regarding this "change"? Could it be because you had no intentions of evicting us until the incident on the 23rd of last month and your lawyers are struggling with trying to make an illegal eviction appear just? My lawyer had no problems seeing this for what is and very anxious to settle this eviction so he can proceed with the civil suit. He called this a "slam dunk". Anyway. "Change" is on the horizon. For all.

This is a little hidden jewel. Reasonably priced and well maintained not just by management, but the residents obviously take pride in their individual spaces as well. Nothing like I've experienced at any other park here locally. Literally, a breath of fresh air and possibly just what I have been attempting to find in Bakersfield. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is due to the limited use of the amenities offered.

Great RV Park with a fantastic restaurant for your dining and drinking pleasure. Once you settle in with your RV you can walk to the restaurant and have a few of your favorite cocktails and not worry about driving home. Even if you live in Bakersfield bring your rig to the park and enjoy your time. This is my go-to stop when I leave AZ.
