If you are looking for a place to raise a family. With amenities such as pool or gym, playgrounds, laundry? KEEP looking before this place is FAR from that! The only things that is consistent, is the raising of the lot space. Only gave a 1 star because I can’t give a 0!

I went there looking for information on the price and available lots. Physically went to the office 4 times there was just a sign that said will return I've called numerous of times in the past 2 weeks left a message and have not received any response. And my message are clearly stated in my name and phone number. Still no response. So with that being said I've taken my business elsewhere.

It Started off a little rocky but the management was nice enough to move me spots and I like it much better now. The amenities are little questionable and they've raised the rent on the space every 3rd month or so. That's probably because it's a Resort not a full time residence. But I like it w enough to tell to make it into one. the management is quite friendly most of the time. The maintenance man is always helpful. The WiFi not so good. But what do you expect when you live in in big metal box.

The amenities are questionable.He said on cloudy days he doesn't open the pool.Looks like on clear days.He doesn't open the pool either... Why offer these amenities if you're not gonna let people use them. Also the internet sucks, the Slogan should read, We have a pool but it's never opened..

I love living here. The people me great and the staff is also nice The grounds buyer he his beer here for 16years i can't say enough good things about this place, I am glad I decided to live here... And it is quiet too.

Don't waste your time going here with an RV. The management is a joke, the campground looks like a homeless camp with all broken down campers littering the lot. They allow vehicles to park all over the place you have to dodge and they forget to tell me they had no water. I would guess this place was nice at some point in the past but with inept management it is a junkyard now.

Nice quiet place overall, clean and secluded. If you don't mind RVs and trailers next to each other then this is the right place for you.

Would rank lower if possible. Management needs to know what type of trailer they assign a spot to. Our site was not close to level. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!
