Staying here a few days in the RV park, and it's pretty nice. The spaces are small, no room for a car and RV, no picnic tables or fire rings or anything but they do have electric and water in summer. For $25 a night or $100 a week, it's decent. The view of the city is beautiful. It seems the bathrooms have been improved in the past few years... in fact, when we first came in, the shower in the handicap stall was broken and maintenance fixed it before we even got a chance to call (someone must have mentioned it before we got there). The water was super hot to the point I had to have the arrow pointing slightly cold to get it not scalding and they were clean. It was also pleasant to know there was running water since the signs said they'd winterized already. Apparently they just shut off the RV water, which is totally understandable. The one thing to note is you have to call the office to get the code to get into the bathroom. The other thing that is inconvenient is the lights are on a timer, and I had to go out and turn them on twice.

It's not a bad place, I went to see the horse races. The stands are large and the track is large. There is no smoking allowed in the stands. They had concessions, betting, beer, ice cream, and cotton candy.
