We really liked this campground. The office staff were as nice as they could be. Most of the rows had gorgeous, mature, tall pine trees that provided plenty of shade. The shower was terrific. The only downside is I-40 is in front of the park and an active train is in the back. But both the highway noise and the train noise quickly became white noise that you don't even notice. It's owned by the folks who live next door -- the owners of the active Bar S Ranch, which had two beautiful dogs, several horses and a large corral. It was SO COOL to watch the riders. One was posting at a trot English style. After she rode, others rode Western style, even did some roping! SO COOL!!!!

A very nice place to stay for a few days or longer. Staff is great at keeping the site clean and they have everything you need in the main office, laundry, shower, and a quite clean area to just relax. They have a great dog run also.

Always a good choice, even for a last-minute booking. Clean, we'll tended, flat pull-throughs. Dog walking areas. Owners are very nice.

This RV park is conveniently located right off of I-40. Clean, level pull-thru sites & full hookup. $32 for 30amp. I think 50amp was $2 more We arrived after they had closed but had called ahead and we had a pull through site reserved for us. We enjoyed our short stay. If you passed this way, it's a great place to spend the night. Say Hi to Renee from her new Iowa friend.

I preferred this park over Blue Spruce. It's cleaner and there is staff available. The Wi-Fi was awesome and they have cable. There is a single bathroom with shower for each men and women and a laundry area available (closed when staff is away for lunch as it's in the office). The nightly rate is lower than average. The only thing is there is a ton of train traffic all day and night so if that's an issue this is not your park. Though trains do seem to coincide with many RV parks as it is. Would stay here again next time I'm in the area.
