This is pretty nice 😀 Beautiful spots on the water with fire pits and separate grills and covered concrete picnic tables. Boat ramp is open and has a dock! There aren't very many trees so there isn't any shade and it's hella hot 🥵 here in the summer! I noticed on weekends that the Loop B section seems to be the ethnic/Hispanic gathering area. 🕺🏻They do know how to picnic and party 🥳 Just as with all other parks it closes at 10:00 p.m. but this one does not have a keypad gated entry so if you leave you can't come back in 🫣 until 10:00 a.m.

Love this place! Our stay here was so peaceful and relaxing. Mrs. Gwen was absolutely amazing! Definitely a beautiful place to stay. The lake was such a beauty to wake up and see. This was the view from our tent. We will definitely be back.

The site we reserved several months ago was closed due to a water pipe construction and we were assigned another site. The man checking us in was very gruff and unfriendly. The site was covered in red ant beds. There was dog poop right next to our tires where we were trying to level the trailer. Dogs were running from other campsites without being leashed. We could barely reach the water hose connection, even Parking as far back as we could. We had to use two sections of hose, and it was a very taught fit. The sites are so narrow that when we stepped out of the trailer we landed on a parking curb possibly twisting an ankle. The bathrooms were filthy and had no handwashing soap. The dump station had large mud ruts making it impossible to keep your feet dry. In general, everything is messy and dirty, and needs a lot of maintenance to bring it up to par.

Beautiful views of the lake! Plenty of room between campsites. Price with pass is great!
