Word of advice: Do a lot of homework on individual management of this RV Park before moving in. A good manager and you may be okay. Inspire Communities doesn't care if you have a problem, in one of their parks. They don't fund upgrades and they poorly track charges / deposit refunds / electricity charges.

Nice and clean. Good location. Friendly community. The manager was very attentive. Two negatives: the laundry was old but workable; there were several barking dogs.

What a great experience!! Georgia was very accommodating and allowed us to arrive very late (5 hours after the office closed). She ensured we knew everything we needed to know to set ourselves up. Highly recommend choosing this RV park!!

This is a rv park. I don't live there, a friend does. But I visited a lot. Most of the lots are fenced in on 2 sides, and a lot of them have fence on 3 sides. The lots are clean, and many have shade trees. It quite, and easy living there. The laundry room is clean and well kept. With restrooms, so you don't have to leave. The maintenance team are excellent. If you have a issue. They are quick to get it took care of. And most of all, the cost of a lot. Is equal to or even lower than a lot of other parks. If you are looking for a nice park, I highly recommend this place.

I made my reservation May for a one night stay in August. The day I was going to arrive I had serious issues with my fifth wheel. It took 10 hours to get the repairs done which would make my arrival very late (midnight). I spent the night in rest areas. I called the next morning to apologize for not calling the night before and explained the reason. The staff person was very understanding and cancelled the reservation with no charges due. The next time I come through the area I will definitely stay in the Baron Mobile Estates.
