I’ve been here since Christmas and I love it here. They have nice bathrooms with showers. The laundry room is cool because you can pay for your wash with your phone. No more lugging quarters. It’s usually pretty easy to get a load in as in it’s not always being used. Trash is picked up pretty regularly and I think more than once a week. Kathy in the front office is the nicest lady and she’s always willing to help. Lot rent is very reasonable. Water and sewer included. If you have a rig that tends to bottom out, use the entrance closer to the light. It’s more flat. Make sure your registration is up to date on your vehicles as Brighton PD comes through regularly to verify that. They don’t come through for safety and security, they come through to issue tickets.

I love it here! Management is wonderful! There is a play area, showers and restrooms, and laundry facilities. The spaces are roomy, many have picnic tables. Would recommend!

Update # 2 Nov 2024 It's a great place to be if you have an Rv. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves. I've had a few invites to cookouts as well. Kathy runs the property as tight as a ship. The other day crews came through to level off the gravel roads. Still content with the property. Dont think I'll be leaving my spot any timesoon. Update: Its may 2024 and i still enjoy the place. Its still quiet. I had one issue and the universe took care of it. Yea so its nice. I fiujd out there was showers on the property and they are pretty clean I love it out here. Located in Brighton which is north of Denver. No better simple Rv park than here. Laundry room on-site 20 min from the airport. It's clean. water included. Lights are added to lot rent. Front office is very nice. I've been here 4 months and not really going nowhere else.

I would have to say, there are some very negative reviews on here, but that’s on the owners. Kathy runs the place and without help she does the best she can while doing things to make the place feel comfortable and safe. As someone that has a 42’ diesel pusher, the accommodations are far and few between and she does her best to accommodate everyone that’s (last minute) and local people as well. One person cannot be available 24/7/365 and once again, reach out to the owners. The phones and internet were an issue for the past few weeks here, I helped try to rectify it with my internet and that should be on the owners as well. They do not provide one person (just a know it all management company that only sees their paycheck) to help out facilitate the park.

Went to empty our rv tanks there. It was clean, easy and appreciated. Would give 5 ⭐ if it had water.

Great place to go to for a quick trip out of the city. It's a short drive east of Brighton and North East of Denver. It is a state park so make sure you bring some cash for entry. Be sure to bring your pole and fishing license a boat (if you got it) some comfortable walking shoes for recreational walking around the lake. If you make it over to the welcome center, they have educational displays and demonstrations for the kids as well as observation locations around the lake of various water fowl and Eagles nest, keep those eyes above the horizon for our national bird. You might be so lucky.
