There are 2 items well kept here: 1. Beautiful flowers 2. Women’s Bathroom is clean The property is a disgrace as those that reside there do not respect the rules and they clearly are not enforced. If everyone would pitch in it would be a lovely place for all to enjoy.

not so cool for late arrivals. no map where to go, no proper signs for full hook up or just electric connections, short office hours.

I’ve been here since Christmas and I love it here. They have nice bathrooms with showers. The laundry room is cool because you can pay for your wash with your phone. No more lugging quarters. It’s usually pretty easy to get a load in as in it’s not always being used. Trash is picked up pretty regularly and I think more than once a week. Kathy in the front office is the nicest lady and she’s always willing to help. Lot rent is very reasonable. Water and sewer included. If you have a rig that tends to bottom out, use the entrance closer to the light. It’s more flat. Make sure your registration is up to date on your vehicles as Brighton PD comes through regularly to verify that. They don’t come through for safety and security, they come through to issue tickets.
