Absolutely love this camp site. Love the store aspect with icecream. Always can count on entertaining activities. Always have a great time at this KOA. Would suggest campers the opportunity to add a tent to their site for an additional fee as other KOAs have offered but overall I love visiting this campground!!

We had a nice week-long stay in one of the deluxe cabins. The cabin itself was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well-equipped. We were extremely disappointed that the pool closed for the season on the day of our arrival, despite the whole next week being sunny, warm weather (not uncommon for September!). We didn't realize this was the case, and showed up at the pool with our kids in their swimsuits to find it locked, and were informed that the closing date is chosen at the beginning of each year and can't be changed. It would have been good to mention this at check-in, or latest when I came into the store and asked if they had water wings for sale! Would have saved me two upset toddlers! It seems a bit strange that the campground can't react to the current weather conditions and keep the pool open a bit longer, but luckily there are several nice beaches in the region. We also found it inconvenient that there are no blankets, pillows or linens available. We were flying in from out-of-country for two weeks, so could hardly pack our own. Finally, we found the visitor fee unnecessary, although it's not expensive. We were staying at this particular campground so we could visit family nearby, and had to pay for a visitor's day pass whenever they wanted to join us. Given the price of the cabin, it seemed a bit ridiculous to also have to pay a visitor fee so the kids' grandparents could come spend time with them at the playground or eat a pizza with us. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and found the facilities and services (firewood and pizza delivery!) very nice.

Really, really appreciate the staff's across the board effort to be friendly. Everyone we interacted with was nice. (And it was HOT.) Service was outstanding. Did not use the wifi myself but I'm told no complaints, at all. Pizza was delicious. Delivery to site was appreciated. Garbage pickup daily at noon also very civilized, plus observed staff offering to take garbage for people on a couple of occasions. (We were walking our trash to bins in the evening and someone in a golf cart stopped what they were doing and offered to take it from us - again, service outstanding.) Kids activities every day, even through the week. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great visit.

We took our 2 and 4 year old on there first camping trip in our travel trailer. They had so much fun on the playground and in the pool. There was plenty of other young kids to play with to keep them busy. My only complaint, which was no fault of the KOA, is the fire ban, but unfortunately with the dry hot weather this couldn't be helped. Store was also great for the few things we forgot, like sugar (oops) . Staff were also SUPER nice and helpful, we will definitely go again!

We camp here on the same weekend/week every year for the specific theme ‘wet-water weekend’ or whatever it’s called. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. The campground is clean and the sites are a good size. The store is well stocked. The pizza is great and of course the ice cream is delicious. Oh ya, the pools are a good temp and always clean. See you next year!
