The property is beautiful. This is the nicest campground we have ever stayed at. We don’t usually use the showers at campgrounds, we just shower in the camper. The bathrooms at Basin we kept so clean that we always just showered there, which is much more comfortable. They have a nice common area where we would regularly go to sit and get work done. Lisa is super helpful and friendly. Great place.

We stayed at Basin RV for the months of July and August of 2025. We came to Texas from Florida for our new grand baby. I can say that we definitely will be staying there again. Everyone was very friendly. Basin is well maintained and close to stores, but in the country. We thank Lisa for the wonderful hospitality.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. We were in killeen for my mother's funeral and I have to say, Lisa was so kind and very helpful with all our questions. She showed us around and was very friendly. This place is definitely the one to stay at. The showers were immaculate, very spacious, great hot water, and loved the shower head. ( loved that it moved up or down to accommodate a short person like myself) The pool was very relaxing and clean. Our little dogs loved the dog park. Plenty of room between rv's ( unlike some places where you bearly have enough room to put your slide out.) Every spot was clean with picnic table and very nice grass. This place will be our only place we will stay when we come back. Thanks for a great stay. If you are traveling through, and want an enjoyable place to stay, come to Basin RV Resort. 🤗

There’s a reason they keeping getting number one! Great service, great location, great amenities, lots of spaces, and even the residents are awesome. There is a good mix of retirees, young families, middle aged folks, active and retired military, and just nice people. The staff takes care of this place very well and are all super nice. There is a pool, dog parks, a playground, shower houses, storage units, laundry rooms and more. Would definitely stay here again anytime.

My husband and I have stayed in many RV parks during our travels and Basin RV is absolutely one of the best we have stayed in! It is clean and well kept! The manager Lisa and staff are friendly and professional! The team works hard to make everyone feel welcome and maintain a peaceful atmosphere! Thank you so much for an awesome stay! Great place to stay! Looks brand new and improvements are ongoing! Kids loved the playground; the airplane see-saw was a hit! The dog park was also a hit!

We stayed at Basin while attending a dog show at the Expo Center in Belton. It was a convenient location, easy to get to and from for access to the Expo Center. Park is clean, well maintained, and had good walking areas including a dog park. There were many long term sites, and section of daily sites. The staff was helpful and friendly and provided a Halloween activity for children while we were there.

Very nice area. Bathroom / showers clean and spacious. Very quick trip, so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the park. Explored just a little, but didn’t get to check out everything. Saw enough to know we’ll be back , though! 😃

Rent is high but don't have to pay electric. Beautiful area, strict rules..laundry costly.. wonder if its included in my perdiem? All in all we think it's great. We feel safe. Everyone friendly and accommodating, it's nice to go somewhere and be a turned table object of scrutiny for once.
