We had our family reunion at Outdoorsy & it was just perfect!! The variety of accommodations allowed everyone to find just what they were comfortable with whether it was camping, RV, cabins or the adorable Glamping tents! The picnic & clubhouse area by the pool was perfect for hosting our potluck dinner & fun for the adults & kids alike! We were a large group coming from many different places & the staff was amazingly accommodating & worked so hard to get us just what we wanted to make our reunion the absolute BEST!! The campground was clean & just lovely. I highly recommend Outdoorsey Bass Lake, we are already taking about our next get together!! Thank you for helping our family make wonderful memories!!

Surf and sand

Unfortunately our trip had to be cut short due to my wife becoming ill but the two days we stayed were great. The lady in the office was extremely helpful and pleasant. They have lots of amenities and the location is great. This will be our new go-to spot.

This was our first time trip. Customer service was great. I loved the kids room, but it needs new pool sticks for the kids can use. Otherwise everything else was good.

Lezlie and office staff are soooooo helpful and always accommodating!! They go above and beyond to take care of their members! I love the hospitality- lots of activities for the family and adults alike. Everything is always clean and top notch! We have been going here for over 15 years and the previous BASS LAKE RV RESORT AND Outdoorsy crew have consistently made our stay amazing! We absolutely love staying in the glamping tents! Every visit is such a relaxing and memorable experience. The tents are always clean, cozy, and well set up with everything we need. It’s the perfect mix of comfort and being close to nature. We come back often because it truly feels like a little getaway where we can unwind and recharge. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful stay!

From start to finish my experience with outdoorsy at bass lake was amazing. The facilities are clean. The customer service was amazing. The pool was clean and great for the kiddos. We highly recommend this RV site. Recommend to get the spots by the pool.

This campground is ok in order to access bass lake and Yosemite. Our site was way too small for our 31 foot trailer. We had about two feet width of room between us and our neighbors sewer pipe. The playground and pool are nice (pools not heated). The laundry room is a nice amenity. Probably wouldn’t come back.

My family and I have previously camped here and we enjoyed it. We tried to plan a group trip with family but staff was adement on not guaranteeing us campsites together as we are not members. Staff made it clear that they had much availability for dates we wanted to reserve but they will not guarantee spots together even though I was going to reserve both spots at the same time. Staff and management stated only members get to pick sites and even if there was sites together they could not give them to us for not being members. Staff stated they get to choose our campsites when we book but COULD NOT tell me if my 2 campsites would be together. Very disappointing and discriminatory for not being a member. Sadly my family and I will not be returning to this campsite.

The glamping tent far exceeded my expectations! Arrival was seamless, tents are so clean and come equipped with everything from cutlery and dish soap to ample bathroom supplies and extra linens. There is lots of space, and this was a great choice for “camping” with our baby who still needs a pack and play to sleep. The location is definitely far if you’re looking to spend your days in Yosemite, but we left early and arrived to the park entrance in 25 minutes. It was so fun to stay in Bass Lake in the off season when the water and air are still comfortable for swimming. The only thing is if you’re looking for a private campsite, the glamping tents are right next to one another and have almost no sound proofing. Luckily there were no other campers during our stay.

Speaking Truth

First time here, and it was for the 4th of july. My group and I booked our stay almost a year in advance. Arrived to being told we couldn't be together and they could not accommodate us. We ended up in 3 different places of the park as far separated as you can get, amongst 6 trailers. As a family, we do daily group meals and potlucking, and this made it a challenge. Quite a few of the spots are a challenge to get into and incredibly uneven. Having a golf cart is a must at this camp, which the many veteran repeat customers knew to bring. We unfortunately did not know. 1 of the bathroom facilities was out of order and the mosquito infestation was real! I came back looking like I had chicken pocks. There was also 2 bear sightings in camp during our stay. Getting to the lake is not convenient and you MUST drive to get to it. Prepare to pay $10 cash for parking for any public parking spots around the lake per day. We drove nearly 5 hours to come camp here and can't say it's a must go back to campsite on our list.

The cabin we rented was disgusting! Deep cleaning hadn't taken place in a very long time. The price we paid to stay there was NOT worth it. The bedding was clean, thank god! The towels contained so much lint that you felt gritty while applying lotion to your skin. The baseboards were filthy, and the side of the stove was disgusting!!!! The scissors in the drawer had food caked on them from lord knows how long ago. The floor vents were caked with dirt, grime, and dust. I was very uncomfortable during my stay at this very OVERPRICED cabin!!!! Now I understand this may sound like I am nagging over minor things; however, everything should have been clean and comfortable for the price we paid. Luckily we didn't spend much time in the cabin. I did not check out the park's common areas because, to be honest, I expected the same for the common areas as dirty as the cabin was. I would not recommend staying in a cabin at this resort.

We rented the smallest cabin they had to be able to stay I'm the park since our friends were camping with their RV. It said newly renovated and I recognize the attempt... the floors were good but the shower fixtures were old and coming out of the wall. None of the outlets worked in the bedroom. You had to stand sideways to use the shower and also practically sit sideways to use the toilet in the tiny bathroom. The pocket door to the bedroom came off the tracks when we tried to use it in the middle of the night and it was a process to get it back on. The moulding was falling off, the shower head hung loose off the wall, the cabinets were old with dwarers and doors all misaligned. The place wasn't well insulated so we heard EVERYTHING and they didn't seem to enforce any quiet hours or address it when people left their dog unattended at their camp site. We also had two mega RVs within 5' of us on either side so no point to all the windows. We were also cold when it got down to 26 at night even with the heat on. We left a day early because it was miserable. The dog run was nice and maintained but there were SO many RVs and people packed around the grounds. I thought it was very overpriced.
