Our first experience at an Outdoorsy campground. Choose this place with its location near Yosemite. Very family oriented campground. Lots for kids to do. Peaceful nights. Spots are close, we were in 140. No one behind us. Staff was friendly and facilities clean. Two big game rooms and pool.

First time at Outdoorsy. We booked the airstream that was offered already on site. Overall had a great experience for a small getaway. Some suggestions would be that Outdoorsy should have a guide and FAQ on the airstream basics and how tos, especially since we are not familiar with the trailer lifestyle. The first night we noticed the fridge temp was pretty high, I notified the onsite person and they quickly fixed it (empty propane). Another suggestion would be to make sure all the propane tanks are full and ready to go, if it wasn’t for us noticing the temp, all of our food would have spoiled overnight. The trailer is a bit run down, but that’s typical since many people use it every week. We noticed the window was broken and there was something to cover it up which was fine, but there was glass all over the floor. Thankfully our child isn’t old enough to walk, but that should have been cleaned up. Fire pit and bbq provided as well as a stocked kitchen with all the basic items needed. Overall we loved the site, very close to the lake and the marina. Will be back soon

Perfect for family, the spots are close together, so you will be parking right next to the other person's picnic table and the person on your other side will be right next to your picnic table, but plenty of space even with slide outs. No fire pits or camp fires allowed at sites, but one huge fire pit for camp fire by the pool / club area. Very nice and clean restrooms,. Taco truck, and coffee set up right across from pool and club house. Kids park is nice and covered, with a kids game room on other side of pool, with a couple arcade games, pool table, paddle ball, air hockey and other games Club house also has a pool table. Bathrooms and showers are evenly spaced so close to all and clean and nice. Really great atmosphere. Lots of young children running around having fun. Not disrespectful or annoying but kids playing and having fun as they should. This is am awesome family camp area. Not a very close walk or area to swim at the lake, but plenty of swimming area around the lake. I had a 30 ft class C mobile home and found parking at the beach across the lake at the bass river recreation area, with out a problem. Water was very nice and way warmer than expected. Not real warm by anyways, but not as cold as any of the other lakes or rivers around, it is the warmest about 70 to 75 degrees in mid July. Totally great place. We canceled 2 days at another site to stay here extra 2 days. It was well worth it.

We booked a cabin via Expedia and it was surprisingly cheaper than a hotel room. It was like an Airbnb but at a fraction of the cost! We checked in late and they had our packet at the office door. For checkout we had to just leave the key in the e cabin. There is a phone number (see my photos) incase you want to text/ call in emergency. Our cabin came with a king and two bunk beds. There was a sofa, tv, cooking range, fridge, microwave, and private bathroom with towels and soap. They have cooking pans and some basic tea/coffeee amenities. The WiFi is fast. The only issue was that the ac and fan were in the living room and it got a bit hot in the bedrooms in the night but not too bad. There are lot of amenities here such as a pool and club house with board games. This place was about 30 minutes from the entrance of Yosemite on us 41. Great stay. Highly recommended.

Nice spot, but terrible customer service. We were there on Fathers Day weekend and thought we'd enjoy it. Spoke with several members who shared stories about how long their families had been going to the campground. Then our neighbors moved in. They clearly didnt know what they were doing and managed to add water until it backed up in the toilet, flooding the trailer until it was running out the back of the trailer onto the gravel parking pad. Four young guys and one woman all shouting and dropping the F bomb. They left until about 10:00pm, returned, set up their chairs right under my window, drink heavily, laugh. At 3:45AM i went out and asked them to move inside. Their answer was they were leaving that morning so it didn't matter. I tried calling the front office but their voice mail was full. I sent a text instead. At 5:00 AM, they were still outside. Two points: clearly quiet hours are not enforced, and it is poor customer service to not have either given me a call or responded to my concerns.

We enjoyed our vacation at Outdoorsy campground at Bass Lake. Originally our tent site was uneven and too small for 2 tents, but the front office was very accommodating in providing a different site for us! And we love #157. They have a small store with ice and goodies , a 5 minute walk to the marina. The pool was not heated but felt so good on a hot day! All the games in the clubhouse are free! They have ping pong, pool table, air hockey, darts, and a few free arcade games! Bears were heard and no bear boxes for your food, so plan to safely store your food overnight. The hike to Angel Falls was close and beautiful. Thank you!

This one of one those places that I immediately regretted my choice of campsite as soon as I pulled into my site. This was a “premium” site and I was so close to my neighbors that if I had fallen off my steps I would’ve smacked my face on their RV. This is how close their sewer line was to me. Other than that, it was about 30 minutes to Yosemite from the campground and the WiFi was awesome. We did lose power one nite but that was due to high winds.

Place was amazing, the lake is close, but was hoping to use the pool for the kids. It’s was nice, but not heated. The pump house was right below a metal roof, perfect for a solar pool heater. They only cost about $1k. Would have made the pool temp bearable. We tent camped, this was nice with the electricity and a small heater. There is a club house, but was unclear if we could use the kitchen. Would have been nice just to wash our dishes in there and freeze a water bottle for the cooler. Easter egg hunt was a nice touch.

We had a bit of an issue the last night, the owner came and talked to us about it and offered a resolution. This place is really nice with heated public bathrooms. We were even allowed to move camp sites the first night due to our trailer not leveling at site 4. I am rewriting my review as I was up late with a cranky 5 yr old last night 😂 Would 100% camp here again, great location and accomendations. Thank you!

We had our family reunion at Outdoorsy & it was just perfect!! The variety of accommodations allowed everyone to find just what they were comfortable with whether it was camping, RV, cabins or the adorable Glamping tents! The picnic & clubhouse area by the pool was perfect for hosting our potluck dinner & fun for the adults & kids alike! We were a large group coming from many different places & the staff was amazingly accommodating & worked so hard to get us just what we wanted to make our reunion the absolute BEST!! The campground was clean & just lovely. I highly recommend Outdoorsey Bass Lake, we are already taking about our next get together!! Thank you for helping our family make wonderful memories!!

Surf and sand

Unfortunately our trip had to be cut short due to my wife becoming ill but the two days we stayed were great. The lady in the office was extremely helpful and pleasant. They have lots of amenities and the location is great. This will be our new go-to spot.

This was our first time trip. Customer service was great. I loved the kids room, but it needs new pool sticks for the kids can use. Otherwise everything else was good.

Lezlie and office staff are soooooo helpful and always accommodating!! They go above and beyond to take care of their members! I love the hospitality- lots of activities for the family and adults alike. Everything is always clean and top notch! We have been going here for over 15 years and the previous BASS LAKE RV RESORT AND Outdoorsy crew have consistently made our stay amazing! We absolutely love staying in the glamping tents! Every visit is such a relaxing and memorable experience. The tents are always clean, cozy, and well set up with everything we need. It’s the perfect mix of comfort and being close to nature. We come back often because it truly feels like a little getaway where we can unwind and recharge. From start to finish my experience with outdoorsy at bass lake was amazing. The facilities are clean. The customer service was amazing. The pool was clean and great for the kiddos. We highly recommend this RV site. Recommend to get the spots by the pool.
