I love going out here. Mini golf and a activity room for kids. Beautiful lake for fishing. If u have off road vehicle there a trail right next to them. Always a go time at Bass Lake.

We “won” a 3-day, 2-night stay, which was nothing more than a pathetic sales trap. The entire pitch was them begging us to drop $17,500 on a “membership” that gives you… absolutely nothing worth having. You still have to pay $200 a night to stay in their crappy little cabins with AC units that belong in a junkyard, eat in a restaurant that smells like sewage, and maybe take a dip in their disgusting “heated pool” that looks more like a swamp than a place for people. The funniest part? They kept bragging that they’re “better than public camping sites.” Oh please. At least public campgrounds don’t try to scam you out of $17k while offering the same (or actually better) experience. Here, you get no security (the gate is literally lifted by hand like a cheap carnival ride), no background checks on members (so you never know what kind of creep you’re next to), and “amenities” that are nothing but sad jokes. So congratulations to this place — they’ve managed to create the world’s most overpriced, trashy campground. Public sites are cheaper, safer, and cleaner. These people are basically asking you to light $17,000 on fire for the privilege of being ripped off. What a scam. What a joke

We were givin a free weekend with our new camper and little did we know it is a time share resort.. they'll tell you it's not but it's a lie. They tried to sell as a $15k time share and I was upset. We came to camp as a family for the first time and they ruined a whole day of much needed family time. The showers are awful and the sites are packed in like no other camp site. Beware!!!!!!

Before we arrived I read many reviews saying that this place was run down and the people were miserable. This was NOT the case for us. The employees were very friendly and the campground itself was well kept and the perfect amount of children laughing and quiet. Any dogs barking were at a minimum and not at all bothering. Kids playing on the playground and at the pool we're not overly loud. Maybe I got lucky but I have nothing negative to say about the place. We did a 1 hour tour where they do try to sell you a "membership" that was a bit expensive but to others it might be a good deal. When we broke down the numbers and told them it wasn't for us they were not mad about it like many reviews stated. They basically told us "it's not for everyone and we hope you enjoy your stay". The negative reviews had me on edge about this place but after coming here I realized they were either way off or that was an off chance that something bad happened. We've been very happy with all aspects of this place so far.

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We had high hopes for this campground, but unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. • Roads: The roads are full of potholes, making it unpleasant (and a bit risky) to drive through. • Cleanliness: Goose droppings are everywhere, making it hard to walk around without stepping in it. • Facilities: Of the 4 washers in the laundry room, only 2 worked. One of the three showers was out of order. • Amenities: The miniature golf course is in terrible shape, and the outside deck is caving in, making it completely unusable. • Atmosphere: Campsites are crammed together like sardines, with little privacy. We also had barking dogs after 10 pm and encountered several rude people during our stay. Overall, this campground feels run-down and poorly maintained. We will not be returning, and I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a cleaner, friendlier, and better-kept place to camp.

I loved being there but the only thing I don't understand is that it was supposed to be 3 days and 2 nights. We only had a half day when we checked in and had to check out at 11:00 am the last day. I would really like to go back. When I made the reservations I was told it was for the cabin, we got a park model what didn't bother me. Would really like to go back.

Very nice camping area. The restaurant, bar is a great place. Good food and the people who are working were great. Like everyone else they are short staffed. Wish all our other grounds had a place where the adults could enjoy themselves.

We have been camping at Bass Lake for years now. We Love It! Having a restaurant on site is super convenient. The bar staff is very good at mixed drinks and is always very friendly. The store is always clean and has everything you need. We love taking the paddle boats out on the lake and swimming in the super nice and clean pools. The lifeguards on duty are always very attentive. Having activities for the kids and a safe place for them to play and ride bikes is very nice as well. We love Bass Lake and will camp here for years to come.

This has become a yearly getaway spot for my family. The grounds are well kept. The pools are great for those hot days. Walking around the scenic grounds makes reconnecting with family and nature very enjoyable. We love it's secluded but yet very accessible to fun attractions like Destiny USA and Rosamond Gifford Zoo.

Well maintained, private camping resort. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Restaurant offers a variety of meals and snacks (check hours before arrival). There is full bar service in restaurant or at bar. Ice cream window available for quick treats. Electric service was strong and sites were spacious. There are two pools, playgrounds, the lake with rental boats, and planned activities. Overall very nice resort- we will visit again.
