No frills, water and 30 amp service. Staff and the residents we met were very friendly. Needed a place in the area close to an event I was attending and this was perfect for what I needed. If you are looking to stay in Yarmouth area it is a great location.

We've been there 5 days on july 2018. IT's a basic camping. Honest electrical, water and shower supplies. No collective equipment and some sites are flooded when it's raining hardly. Not near beaches. WIFI is not really an option there also. In conclusion: an honest but poor camping site.
