We had our trailer here for one night. It was expensive but the place is very nice, good showers (much better than some other places) and lots of trees. Right on the lake. However we were charged some ridiculous fee marked as gate card. There is no gate and no card, Management said no it is not for the gate it is a registration fee. Ten bucks for them picking up the phone. They are not paying a service to do this. This is just price gouging at its finest. They also wanted five bucks to use the dump site. Considering how much the joint cost this is pretty parsimonious behavior

Pics are from campsite #8. Beautiful views of the sunset, good section of trees between sites, good sized site. The staff were all friendly and super helpful and tried to accommodate when the weather took a turn. We will be back!

Nice campground but camp sites were too small though with zero privacy in between. Location is good, with friendly family-owned staff who accommodated our group well upon request. Lake views were nice. Washrooms could be better with furnishings such as shelves, hooks in the stalls, around washrooms. Had a decent rec centre.

Great campground. Recommend staying on the east side for tranquility. Recommend staying on the west side for energy and beach access. The staff was great, they have a store with souvenirs and most anything else you could urgently need. Washroom and shower facilities are very clean and well maintained. Good mix of seasonal and "overnight" campers to blend the two. We stayed a week and were not ready to leave! Very relaxing. The only downside is it is not centrally located on Manitoulin Island, so it was a bit of a drive to explore the west side of the island. But still close to many of the favorites.
