A very nice place to settle into for a few days. We enjoyed exploring the coast and the lovely town of Bay St Louis. The campground is well kept and the people very welcoming! A great time was had by all.

We were excited to be told there was availability as this fit perfectly with our travel plans to New Mexico from Florida. The grounds are kept extremely well, bath house very clean and spacious. My problem was the bait and switch on the rates. At first it matched the web site then she jumped it up $25 more. Apparently the fuller the park, the higher the rate or the later in the day you call… Which ever, it’s not good business

Very friendly service and clear instructions for arrival and this park is so beautiful! Very well cared for and kept. You are far enough from I-10 (yet still convenient) that you don't hear ANY road noise and there's no trains or airport nearby either. How refreshing! Lovely pool, playground, gaga ball pit, and covered patio available. Also disc golf and a large shaded fenced dog park. We didn't check out the showers/restrooms/laundry as were only here for a quick overnight. Owners escort you to your site. They've even made a YouTube video highlighting their park and the surrounding area and where to find services (restaurants, groceries, and hardware store), and they text you the link after checking in. Wished we could've stayed longer to explore the area.

We were greeted warmly by Lea, the owner, and after a short and pleasant chat, with recommendations for excellent and nearby attractions and food, she escorted us to our long, shaded pull through site. The park is absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained. The restroom was absolutely spotless and well appointed, with private showers and huge toilet stalls. The pool was clean and inviting. The park itself is well treed, and roads are sufficiently wide with easy turns. The dumpster was conveniently located, so we could either walk our trash up or drop it off on the way out. We did experience a camper issue while there, delaying our early morning departure, but Randy and Lea were totally understanding and helpful. They provided assistance and a referral for a technician, as well as assurance that we could extend our stay if necessary. It's too bad for us we had only booked one night; there's lots to see and do in the area. We would certainly recommend Bay Hideaway to our friends and will return if we ever get the chance again.

My husband and I spent a week here in April 2025. We had an amply long pull through with picnic table and fire pit. The hosts were wonderfully helpful, bringing us firewood, refilling our propane bottles and delivering them back to our site, recommending restaurants and other useful information. The campground was clean, quiet, and well equipped. Pool was great. We highly recommend and will certainly return.

We have stayed several times, Randy and Lea are wonderful and keep a very nice quiet place to stay. Like any place in that area when it rains is a little soggy, however they keep their sites filled with a good foundation of crushed stone. The campground is surrounded by trees that keeps the winds from blowing you away. It is very close to the gulf and a lot of great things to do. I always enjoy feeding their chickens my veggie scraps.😍 They have the tastiest fresh eggs🥰

Bay Hide Away is a high quality RV park for a reasonable price in the Bay St. Louis/Waveland area. Randy and Lea are exceptional owners and hosts who work tirelessly to make sure their guests have a pleasant stay. The park has many opportunities for people to gather, which makes for a great sense of community. We enjoyed our month here and will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

This campground is truly a gem! The sites are incredibly spacious and well-maintained, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The owners are hands-down the kindest and most accommodating people we’ve met in all our travels—always going the extra mile to plan and coordinate fun events, activities, and even crafts that bring the whole community together. The bathrooms are spotless, and the pool is nothing short of heavenly. Families will love the huge playground area, and the scenic trails are perfect for exploring nature. The massive dog park is a big win for pet owners, and they even have a gym! This is the only place we stay when visiting the MS Gulf Coast, and we highly recommend it to anyone passing through. Don’t miss out!

Stayed at Bay Hide Away for one night on our first RV trip. Nice, quiet, hidden location with easy access off the interstate. Restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. The Taylors were making pizzas for anyone who wanted one which was nice and we enjoyed them next to the fireplace. Randy accommodated us and stopped by the RV to check on a furnace question I had. Hospitable folks and we would definitely stop in again.

We stayed for one night on our way to Florida and felt like family! The spot was great for our Class A Motorhome with tow Jeep and two dogs. We wished we had booked longer and will definitely make plans to return! Lots of activities on site, close to beaches and many things to do in the area.

We absolutely loved our week's long stay in the Hideaway Suite! Randy and Lea made our stay welcoming and answered questions quickly. The bed was comfortable and adjustable firmness (Sleep Number) and we love the recliner chairs. Short walk to the campground, clean washer and dryers. Lots of activities provided during the week. Close to the beach, we visited Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Slidell, and New Orleans. I can't wait to book again!

We put this as a stop on our way to Texas and I am so glad we did. The owners are great and have lots of activities. All the fellow campers/snowbirds have been so friendly. If we travel this way again…will definitely book here!
