Wonderful owner’s easy to deal with. Friendly environment. It’s has that country feel with a 21st century upgrades. Less than five minutes away from old town Bay St. Louis ,MS plus the Hollywood Casino.

Bicycle friendly campground with covered tent sites featuring swinging benches, electricity, showers, & an outdoor kitchen under a gazebo. It's a quiet campground with a beautiful pond filled with lots of turtles & other wildlife!

Cabins are full of bedbugs! After paying $700 the owner hands off a gallon of bedbug spray and says" if that doesn't work, you'll have to vacate!

Have stayed at several different parks in the area. This place has level spaces, in the middle of town behind an excellent Mexican restaurant. Lots of people that look to live here full time, sites close together. Some of the reviews on this park are for a different park. We have been to the other park too, Randy and Lea are the owners and it's not this park. Their Park is on Lakeshore Rd and also starts with the name Bay, but is not Bay St Louis RV Park. It can be confusing. Would stay here again for an overnight if I was in the mood for Mexican.

It's a campground, the place is acceptable for an overnight spot on the way to a nicer campground. It was opened in the 1940s and it shows. There's a bathhouse and a pool. The pool was honestly disgusting, the bathhouse was adequate at best. The host was there after hours so there's that. He put us in a spot he knew the electric didn't work. With some work the place could be nice but it's run down and in need of repair but like I stated we were weary travelers in need of a port and it was quiet and we felt relatively safe . Most likely not coming back but in a pinch after a day of traveling...

Stayed 1 night passing through. The gentleman in the office was very nice and helpful. Mostly residential campers. Needs a good clean up. A lot of weed eating and grass cutting needs to be done. Pond is all grown up. Lots of junk needs to be picked up. However, having said all that, we felt safe and everyone we encountered in the park were very nice.

Great place to view nature, right in the middle of town, including a bass pond for fishing, migrating seasonal bird watching, and a warm welcome. Pool and cabins, RV spaces, and primitive pond side camping spaces too. Close enough to walk to two Mexican Restaurants, and so much more!
