You Know
If you were here before the property was sold to open management, then you know it's gone downhill. The homes are overpriced for them not to offer any amenities. Trying to get them to handle maintenance requests is like pulling teeth.

I was looking into a home and didn't know where to go. I came to bayhead and I was attended amazingly by Sandra and Erika. They gave me a tour of the community and showed me all the great amenities. I'm very excited about this community and can't wait to bring my family here.
