"All amenities may not be available" apparently gives this campground the right to shut down various amenities, like food during the week, at their discretion. When I expressed disappointment that the café is closed during the week (9/29-10/1) I was told it would be too expensive to open for so few customers and that it said on the website that some amenities may not be available. Call me crazy, but food is not an amenity and this should be stated CLEARLY on the website when booking. I would have stayed somewhere closer to restaurants or packed food to cook. I chose this campground for the amenities it cited on the website. Also, the workers regularly drive their golf carts the wrong way on the one-way roads. Also, showers are camp-y, not resort-y. Do better.

The best campground in Maine! We’ve stayed here a dozen times over the years and absolutely loved every visit. The grounds are spotless, and the amenities are incredible—clean heated outdoor pools, relaxing hot tubs, live entertainment, and even a bar. Some people complain about the price, but honestly, it’s more than fair for the quality you get. This is a top-notch, family-owned campground, and you can’t put a price on the memories we’ve made here. Thank you, Bayley’s, for all the amazing years—we can’t wait to book our next stay!

Booked this last minute to check out Old Orchard Beach. Largest campground I’ve ever stayed at. Shuttle service was a nice perk as Old Orchard Beach parking is a bit of a nightmare and expensive. The grill was nice and had healthy options. Liked the kayak launch and was a fun atmosphere. Only complaint were showers- didn’t provide enough drainage or space to put things. Was able to get in a good walk/excercise with size of campground.

We had a great 11 days camping with friends. Bayley's is a very nice clean resort but it could use a little make over on the mini golf, it's old and out dated. It would be nice if they had a shuttle that drove around and picked you up to bring you to the front pool or back to your campsite instead of having to rent a golf cart that there's not enough of.

Wow wow wow!!! Beautiful camp ground! So clean and well maintained with 4 huge pools, hot tubs, play ground, basketball court, mini grocery store, fast food, pond where you can fish! This camp ground is just beautiful and so close to the ocean and offers a free shuttle service that takes you the beach (Old Orchard) and other beach. Each camp has a nice picnic table and a fire pit. Highly recommend!
