This is a really nice campground. The owners were super nice. The campground is located on rolling hills however the camp sites are all level. You can see that alot of care and planning went into preparing this facility.

Up from Florida, I had family in the area. Had to pay extra to have them come visit, and they were not allowed at our site. We all had to meet at the lake. My 84 year old sister in law had a hard time getting up and down the hill to get to the pavillion by the lake, as did my 65 yr old niece who had just been released from the hospital. No one even got into the lake. Poor choice on my part, I guess. It's not the place to go to meet guests. It's only good for die-hard lake people. The lake looked nice and appeared to be well maintained, and they were nice enough not to charge us for the Pavillion, but it was still a great inconvenience. We were there in a 40-foot class, a motorhome, way in the back. Park staff passed several times during the day to make sure our elderly guests weren't breaking the rules. The staff was not understanding. Last time there. It literally sucked

I have enjoyed Baylor Beach since I was a teenager! Now, I have been bringing my own kids for years! Such a great place to relax and have fun!

It’s a very nice place and are always able to find a nice spot. Price of admission isn’t bad as well. We love coming here.

What a treasure! Fantastically run family owned campground with a great swimming beach. To say it’s immaculate would be an understatement. Very well maintained and the water is just the right temp. Kids had a blast! We’ll be back for sure. Rates are very reasonable too.
