Me an my boyfriend have lived at Bayou Bend RV Resort for 8 years. We love it because it is so quiet and nobody bothers anyone. Have been through 3 Managers now we’re on our Number 4. Crystal is a great Manager. The Owners Care about the people that stay at there property. I would recommend this RV Park to stay at. Clean Park.

Cabins are so cute love the playground in front and the gazebo at night with the lights and grill, Crystal and rest of staff always have an answer lol and for the gentleman that hasn't stayed here since 2023 how can you go on here and talk about the staff being as the staff that is here was not here when you were here and we compliment this place daily on their cleanliness of the park how on top of everything that they are and how if you even have a package at night in the office is closed they will open the office for you to get your package so you need to remove your review unless you're currently staying here because your review is inaccurate thanks have a great day

This place has really taken a nose dive. Since 2019 to 2023 I stay here almost permanently. My kids were even going to Barber isd. This place was ran by two brothers that did everything thrash pick up and always answered to the phone they were polite and did their jobs! Now the new people at the front office are lazy don’t ever answer don’t ever return call voicemails. It’s really a disappointment. The new people do t do anything never pick up thrash you lost a long term tenant forever. It’s a disgrace of what this place has become!!!

Located on 1-10 service road so location is stellar. New management is great and will go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. . Big shot out to the team. Park offers a large laundry room and spacious bathroom/shower rooms for easy maneuvering to get showered. If you’re looking for convenience, laid back environment with great staff to ease your stay this is the place to be. Will recommend and stay anytime I’m in the area working or passing through.

Been here for a few weeks, stayed here 2 years ago and the place was amazing but little to say it HAS NOT BEEN KEPT UP!! Only 3 washers worked and took double my money to get them to work and when they did one spewed water everywhere! Also 2 years ago our large dogs were welcomed and loved now we have been told they will not be allowed back after this stay ! The bathrooms are said to be cleaned 9-10am never once have a saw someone go clean them !!!! We have been told bc our reservoir tanks we emptied our self wasted to much water we would be charged for water and they disconnected our water and then we’re told we would have to pay for water …. But out of it all my largest complaint is the Maintance aka lawn care man !!! He comes daily banging on the front door of our toy hauler begging for cigarettes ! I will not be recommending this place and prolly will not be staying in this place again after this time around ! Very disappointed
