Pretty sad RV park but it is a place to spend the night. Had the only pull through and 50 AMP. Women's restroom was out of order, but men's was open. I would not recommend this park if you have an option.

one of the worst kept up rv parks in lake charles. bathrooms are disgusting, have no ac in bathhouse, there is mold all over walls and there isn’t lights by toilet which they charge you for the bathhouse that no one uses… if you’re looking for just a place to park the camper it’s fine plenty of space and nice people (that i’ve met) in the park.

Good for overnight stop. Had a few mud puddles, but this area has been hit hard with rain the last few weeks. Nothing fancy here, but relatively clean, had a few older RV's that could use a bit of a clean up around their spaces. 50 amp worked. Had water and sewer. Never went in to the showers, or laundry. No apparent management on site. Be sure to tell the people that make the reservations EXACTLY what size space you need. The spot we were given was WAY too small. There is only one pull through site which will accommodate a larger rig. Couldn't reach anyone after we got there, so left vm telling them I was taking the pull through site and to call back. Never got a call back. We slept well. The place was quiet. Lot's of hungry little cats, so we fed them before we left in am. It wad easy to find and close to I-10. I'd stay here again. Seems to be a lot of working folks staying here. Like I said good for overnight stop.

I've been living in the park since May 1st and every number I try to call to get in contact with anyone is either disconnected or not working anymore. We tried to pay rent last month and had so much trouble getting in contact with anyone. The wifi still doesn't work and the place is a wreck. Said they have cable but there no cable lines anywhere! Terrible place. I will be moving as soon as possible. Do not recommend living here.

We booked on line as required. When we got there - there was no one at the office, which was closed for repairs. Arriving at our spot, we found it was taken. Considering the piles of 'stuff' around their RV, it looks like they have been in that spot for quite a while. With no one around to ask, we pulled into an open spot, a bit further away from the more shady looking residents. This place may have been nice at one time but now is in desperate need of repairs, maintenance, and management.
