A great family run spot on the Anclote River with a mixture of residents and short term campers. Well maintained park and grounds with picnic tables available on the docks. The waterfront sites are perfect for seeing passing dolphins, manatees and small boats or just spending the day. Close to the beaches and downtown. 10 minute ride to the sponge docks and beautiful waterfront. We have stayed a few times on different occasions and always a enjoyable and quiet time.

Home away from home!! We had the pleasure of staying here and it was absolutely amazing. John and family are wonderful they go above and beyond to help you get settled. The park is located on the water surrounded by dolphins and manatees. You can take a short walk to down town Tarpon Springs, and about a 4 min drive to some beautiful beaches. Can’t wait to go back, this place is absolutely a hidden gem in the area. I will never get tired of the sunrise and sunsets near the dock, absolutely beautiful.

I have lived here since May of 2021 and it has been a breath of fresh air. I get off work and as soon as I get home I feel a sense of calm and serenity. I feel like Im on a sweet vacation. This little gem is at the heart of Tarpon Springs, a small town with an authentic Greek culture. This place is close to the sponge docks and Historic Tarpon Springs where a whole myriad of events take place throughout the year. It is five minutes from two beaches and a short ride to Dunedin another popular spot. This place has been a blessing to me. The owners are very sweet and have been welcoming. John helped me get all set up and maintains a welcoming disposition throughout the time I have lived here along with his brother and mother. The family has made this place home. I truly cannot imagine living anywhere else.

Great people, great location, great stay! I stayed at Bayshore for 3 months while I was in town for work. John and his brother helped me back my trailer into my site perfectly! Even helped me get it leveled out! They made my least favorite part of arriving to a campsite stress free! The campground has a dock with a kayak launch. Some of the campsites are waterfront and absolutely gorgeous! John also has mobile home rentals available. Laundry is on site! This location is within walking distance to numerous restaurants, breweries, walking trails, coffee shops, you name it! My dog Rosco and I would walk to the Bayou daily to catch some dolphin and manatee views! Sunset Beach is only a few minute drive as well! Folks at the campground are very friendly and neighborly! Don’t forget to stop by and meet John’s bird Pepper!
