Corporate office and management are a joke. Been here 5 years. Started out paying $500 now paying over $600. They say because of maintenance and just “cost”. Well the grounds look like trash. We used to have a lawn service team now the service is 1 person that comes 2 times in the summer and once in the winter. There’s trash all over the dumpster. It’s a complete joke.

Could not say whether they allow popup or hardwall campers on the property when called by phone. Spoke to a male representative. Wanted to have a representative call us back later. Stays considered by appointment.

What a beautiful turn around in this park. This place is so cleaned up now from all the past riff raff it had. Very quiet place to live. All of the residents are clean, respectful and care about the place they live unlike residents from a few years ago.

They will not give your deposit back. They are poorly built. Rats are a problem as well as trash. Unprofessional management and rude. Lynn Serrioni is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. There is better places to stay. Don’t waste your time and definitely not your money here.

Possible to get a 5 star rating after the first day i actually got to live there and experience activities with other people who are in the same area I'm in and I am wondering who will be tbe people i meet that truly loves the beach and and tbe people who are to be able to be able to help make the most impact on me so I can achieve my best goal of the year.. My complete and total happiness and I am so thankful for the possible opportunity to be a part of your community. I once could turn my head into the direction of the beach and e on the beach in 15 minutes from the front of the house i live in.. Looking for another shot of being everyone might just be able to be the only one who i knew that has gotten to be the one who was in a position to be able to be where i wanted at least a few years before the end of the times available tl me were gone with the grace of God and the way I see it people who have been in the same place as me and have been a little bit more than just a visitor for a few days soon to be able and be in the same place as I once had incredible experience and a wonderful time in my life
