Neat, clean and spacious campground, well kept. Bathrooms nice, good shower. Leonard and Michael are very nice and accommodating. After reading a previous post about the "little secret" earwigs, I honestly have found that every campground we have stayed at in the Maritimes has them, I find them as a non issue. We will definitely return.

We had a very disappointing experience here. We provided all the necessary details about our camper when booking over the phone, but when we arrived, we were unexpectedly turned away. This forced us to scramble for another campground late in the evening without a reservation — incredibly stressful and completely avoidable. To make matters worse, the only response we received from staff was a shrug and, "What can I say." No apology, no effort to help — just a complete lack of professionalism or responsibility. Would not recommend based on this experience.

The campground was spacious and welcoming. BEWARE. The area for the short term travellers although a tidy grassed area had a nasty hidden surprise. It was infested with earwigs. The guys running the campground were well aware of this, and explained they had investigated having the area fumigated but it was very expensive and there was no guarantee it would get rid of the problem. So the area was not treated. Weeks after leaving the campground we are still trying to get rid of them. They were inside our RV, and anything that came into contact with the ground. A family camping in a tent found earwigs falling on their heads during the night. It’s a shame really because it’s a lovely location.

The owners are fantastic! There were 8 of us with 3 RVs that pulled in together. We were guided to our spots by the owner, who let us know everything along the way. Stress free! Clean, spacious spots, beautiful grass, well maintained RV park. The pool was clean. The sunsets are great from here. We had no problems with the electric as some people have mentioned. Stayed here two nights. If we are ever back to PEI, we would definitely stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside. Both Leonard and Michael were super friendly and helpful. They are on site and do an excellent job looking after the campground. Huge green lawns well maintained, clean washrooms and laundry. Very quiet location, with exception of race track day - which we missed. As someone else mentioned, we had issue with our electrical management system kicking the power off regardless of AC being on or off and the fridge and water heater on propane. Those without this system appeared to have no problem. We’d definitely recommend Bayside!
