I just arrived today and Quite Honestly I'm quite impressed. The Manager met me near my lot and helped me get settled in. I believe I'm going to enjoy staying here.

This was our first time traveling 1,000 MI to our first RV experience. Judy is an exceptional host and Marylyn is the greatest assistant. During the 3 weeks we spent there. We've had one of the best RV experiences of our lives this was the first experience and I think it will be a last longing experience. We've had very friendly neighbors. Who has helped us in providing us insights of the RV life. Roger, Dave, and Michael Young who are long-term residents befriended us and gave us the best experience possible. Anytime we had a question Judy was available to assist us in our needs with exceptional service. This RV park offers convenience close to grocery stores and everything that you would possibly need. The prices are very good compared to the national average. Currently I'm in Florida and I'm still thinking about the best experience I had at this RV Park. Everyday was amazing. Every friendly connection was outstanding. Judy runs a really good establishment. I praise her for her exceptional customer service experience.

My stay has been wonderful and i wish I did not have to leave when I am. I will be back ti the area and hopefully I can get a lot at Baywood. Location A - great location for anything you have in mind doing-beach, dinner, beverages, grocery shopping, etc. everything is within 10 minutes. Being that Baywood is on a major road and location is great, expect a little heavy traffic in the afternoon for about a hour. RV Park A - all amenities you would expect; pool, rec room, huge playground for kids in a gorgeous shaded area. Cruise in golf carts, everyone I came across are very friendly and neighborly!! Great people from all over the country!! The park is well kept-clean, landscaped excellent. No issues at all with hook-ups or electric. Lots are close, soft water but otherwise an A+. Service A+ - I cannot see how anyone or any business could be more accommodating, focused toward assisting campers than, Judy, or Baywood! From the initial call, Judy worked with me, my timeline giving me choices not just a “take it or leave it position.” During my entire stay, Judy assisted me and I can see her assisting others while managing the park! I look forward to returning and I can only Baywood will have vacancy for me!

We look forward to our stay at Baywood every year! Judy is great and everyone there is very friendly! It feels like home. You don’t have to worry about your stuff and we always feel safe. Judy doesn’t put up with bunch of rif raf! Love it.

Nice and quiet park near the beach and other stuff to do. Always enjoy my stay here and feel welcomed and accommodated with anything you may need. Judy the manager keeps the park clean and neat which is a plus! If you have ever been to other parks that let people run wild all hours of the day/night you know how unenjoyable that can be. Will definitely be back again!

The LT residents are so helpful and NICE! We met several when staying here for several days on our way to FL. The park is quiet and so centrally located that you can actually walk to get groceries or to several of the local restaurants in the immediate area. Only about mile or a mile-and-a-half from the beach. No open fire pits allowed, but we were able to use our propane fire pit. Since it wasn't peak season yet, so the pool was still closed to campers. We also needed to do laundry and I was really excited to see more than two machines for campers. They're the older commercial models, but they worked great. Management was professional and helpful. My only tiny criticism would be that the space between campers is a bit tight and we knew this ahead of time. However, being that we were able to reserve one of the last pull-through spaces, more than made up for that. Our stay was very nice and we would stay here again.

Your only allowed to have certain breed of dogs there so ask before you stay. We have mixed pits and we're told that we had keep them inside our RV and on their park rules it says your only allowed two small dogs but I saw several campers with large dogs. No outside fire pits. Your packed in like sardines. Close to a busy road so lots of noise. And not on the water like they make you think in the pictures. I will not be staying there again.

Great campground, great location. You are 5 minutes from very nice beaches. The check-in was easy and the staff was super friendly. My only complaints are the pool is small and dated and some of the sites are not the easiest to get in and out of - huge ruts in the grass - mostly because the long term residents have packed their space all the way to the edge of the road and make maneuvering difficult. The sites are well shaed and all the amenities worked well. We stayed here for 2 nights in a 37ft fifth wheel and would stay here again if in the area.
