road is ugly especially when it rains not safe for children to walk on its a hazard .restrooms dont get cleaned they back up with sewer water and thats a hazard ! health department should be contacting them ! people getting kicked out for speaking up on how the place is garbage ! managament walks around opening peoples doors and windows ! wouldnt sugest this place on my worst enemy ! fixing to call the news on them now

The folks who run it are very nice and will go the extra mile for their guests. That's what impressed me most about this place so far. I didn't give 5 stars (although I wanted to), but the bathrooms need a good cleaning and the WiFi signal doesn't reach down as far as our sight. I haven't used the other amenities here so I can't say much more about it. They are great people though.

When the sun is shining I head to Dolores Beach with the boys. Picnics, tanning, even yoga --- this place has wonderful memories. Stunning views make it ideal for taking pictures.

First, I would like to say that the camp managers are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. They do everything in their power to make sure your stay is good. The other positive is the security cameras placed throughout the park. With that being said, be aware that some sites are small and cramped, the road is rough with potholes, the wifi does not reach the back of the park, and the adjoining neighborhood is not in good condition. All things considered, we would not recommend this park.

Found the park to be less than good. Drive ways were full of pit holes, sites were not paved, grill was in bad shape, no propane, and dirty. manager lied to us about charges, would not allow us to park our 11ft trailer on site with our motorhome but others had cars far bigger than a car. We paid $575 in advance & when they would not allow the trailer on our site she offered to let us stay on a larger site that could accommodate our trailer but only for 2 weeks and said they would reimburse us for the other 2 weeks. We appreciated that and gave us time to look for another park. We were there a total of 8 days. She would only give us $111 back as we were charged the weekly rate eventhough it was not our fault that we had to leave. NEVER AGAIN.

We stayed 5 days. Staff was friendly. Sites were too close and the campers we parked by were old and falling apart. They need a policy where if you don’t like it you can get your remaining money back and go somewhere else. We had no room for chairs to sit out. It is convenient to Gulf Shores beach but we saw several other campgrounds that we would have preferred.

Management is super friendly, helpful, and really go out of their way to make sure guest's needs are met. The bathrooms and lounge are really clean and we'll kept. Its also really peaceful and there is a nice little community among the long-term guests. Also the toilet paper they put in the bathrooms is super soft. 5 stars.10/10.

We needed a place to stay near Gulf Shores and fortunately there was a space for our 40' motor home in this quiet well run park. It is a little older, but the facilities have been updated and they are very clean and nice. The owners and managers are extremely friendly and helpful. We would give it 5 stars, but the neighborhood is a little shabby. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time taking our camper anywhere. Could not be more pleased. VERY courteous staff. They were patient while we asked a ton of questions. The park is very clean and well maintained. Bath house is clean. Which is very important to me. Our camper shower is very small. The showers get extensive cleaning once a day and periodic pickup cleaning throughout the day. If you’re looking for a quiet place to park your camper so you can spend time outside and enjoy the area, this is the place to go.
