Beach Rose RV Park
Overview
Beach Rose RV Park offers a quiet and welcoming atmosphere for travelers looking to experience the beauty of coastal Massachusetts. As a family-owned and operated destination, the park prioritizes a clean and friendly environment that feels more like a community than a standard stopover. The grounds are meticulously cared for, featuring the namesake beach roses that provide a touch of local character. It serves as an ideal tranquil retreat for those who appreciate a slower pace while still being close to vibrant seaside attractions.

Situated in the charming town of Salisbury, the park is perfectly positioned for exploring both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire shorelines. Visitors are just a short drive from the Salisbury Beach State Reservation, where the Merrimack River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The surrounding area is characterized by salt marshes, sandy dunes, and the refreshing scent of salt air. Staying here puts you in a prime spot to enjoy the coastal New England scenery without the noise of the main boardwalks.
Amenities & Park Features
The park is designed to accommodate modern RVs with ease, offering full hookup sites that include water, sewer, and both 30 and 50-amp electrical service. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool or gather at the community fire pits. For added convenience, the park provides clean restroom and shower facilities, as well as on-site laundry. Reliable Wi-Fi and cable access are also available, ensuring travelers can stay connected during their coastal getaway.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Adventure is never far away, with the high-energy atmosphere of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk located just a few miles to the north. For those who prefer history and boutique shopping, the historic downtown of Newburyport offers cobblestone streets and unique dining experiences. Nature enthusiasts can visit Plum Island for birdwatching or enjoy a day of sunbathing at the local state parks. The area is also famous for its fresh seafood, providing endless opportunities to sample local lobster and clams.
Who This Park Is Best For
Beach Rose RV Park is an excellent choice for couples and families who want a peaceful home base while exploring the Seacoast region. It is particularly well-suited for New England road trippers who prefer a well-maintained, quiet park over a high-traffic resort. If you are looking for a place that balances accessibility to popular tourist hubs with the serenity of a private, wooded setting, this park fits that travel style perfectly.

The office lady was super sweet! I wish it was a little closer to the ocean but it still was beautiful! Lots of sea sponges! And the 5 mile long beach was awesome!

We were greeted by captain Awesome who helped us park our class A 35' RV. His nickname is very appropriate. He gave us several good recommendations. The park is well kept with a great, clean pool and a huge dog park. The owner Misty was always cheerful and enjoyed her job. Even delivered my Amazon packages. The location is less than a mile from Salisbury beach where they have live music and fireworks every Saturday night. Lots of carnival style restaurants and a great ocean view high end restaurant called Sea Class. Reservations recommended for a window seat. The neighboring town of Newberry port is full of fine dining and shops to enjoy just 20 minutes away. We highly recommend Beach Rose and will be returning

Great location, clean facilities and responsive management. We looked at many RV parks in the area and settled on this one for seasonal stay. The people are lovely and everything is well-maintained. The pool and lounge chairs are hotel quality and it’s a great place to relax on a hot day. I enjoy the holiday events for campers here as well as the gazebo area to chat with other guests and the proximity to the beach and class attractions. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this campground going up to Maine and on the return trip. Staff is very friendly and helpful. At check in they provide great lists of resturants, things to do, and local vets. Our dogs LOVED their dog park. Lots of space for them to roam and big trees for nice shade. The campsites are very close together but they assist with guiding you to your campsite and helping you back in.
