This is a beautiful, quiet & cozy spot that's hidden away from the busyness in town. There's huge oak trees next to every lot so it's shaded very well. Unfortunately, while staying here, I lost my dog in a tragic accident ๐ but the owners were SOOO kind to me through that situation. (was no fault of theirs or the RV Park)

I absolutely love living here. The management have big hearts and really care for our little community. Salt of the earth type people who take care of eachother. Neighbors are down to earth and wholesome. Dog friendly, country feeling. You won't regret living here.. not to mention the beautiful land that is painstakingly well maintained. A breathtaking view from your doorstep.

Stayed at this park during the month of April 2024. Beautiful drive under trees driving down a long driveway. BUT the whole park is full of trees. Don't park under a tree. Pin oak trees lose their leaves in the Spring. Whole place is covered with leaves that is tracked into on your rig. Especially after a rain. The pads are asphalt which break up into small black chat tracked into your rig. Yellow pollen all over your roof and awnings that sticks and difficult to remove. The owner expect you to keep your dog on a leash. WELL... The owners have 5 dogs and let these dogs have run of the place so other people let their dogs run loose The dogs poYour lot is never mowed. The Laundromat is dirty and so is the only one shower they have. Big mistake staying yhere. op all over. There are snakes there.

Just a heads up they don't take in bus conversions so we wete unable to stay so can't comment on any other aspect of the park but it gets one star for being prejudice against busses ๐

Dogs are NOT on leashes here. Had to leave for another campground as my son has trauma from a dog in his past. He wouldn't even go outside to play. They all wonder around. Management was very kind though. So if you don't mind friendly dogs coming up to you, than this place is great! Just wasn't for us. Also, don't let your kids play in the beautiful field next to the campground....it's "treated" with sewer water from the campground. Learned that one late. ๐ฌ

Small park...most all people there are long termers ...rv park is set in a beautiful area down a long driveway...not convient off the freeway ...its a good 10-15 min drive from I10E..price was $45 a night...fullhook ups..they do not take any club card discounts...the owner met us on his golf cart at 9pm to show us where to go...super nice guy!!! A little pricey, but you are going pay close to that price anywhere....and this is in a very secluded country area...super relaxing and peaceful

I am updating my prior review of 4 stars to now give it 5 stars. The WiFi is better after the repair of cables, new dryers in the laundry room. I love this park, Great owners. If you like the country feel, this is your place. Only about 30-45 min from the beach by going through Winnie.
